  1. Back in August 2004, a couple months before the release of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, screenshots of the menu have been unveiled on IGN, showcasing what appears to be an attract mode reminiscent of RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 and 2. When RCT3 became playable to the general public in pressed demo discs in September that year, the main menu played a familiar, catchy tune that has been the default overworld theme ever since, complete with the same video FMV.

Here's the FMV in action in a pre-release build of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3.

Come November 2004 with the full game out in stores, and fans were disappointed that the attract mode FMV was replaced with a generic slideshow and many felt that this decision marked the beginning of the downfall.

This download serves to restore the functionality of an element that was removed from RCT3 prior to release. However, I had to remove the "Summer Air" audio from the videos so they do not overlap with the music that plays within the main menu separately.
This download is compatible with all versions of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. Instructions for use appear in the readme file.

  7. One of my designs that I retrieved from old saves or memory and improved.
    POV:

This is a coaster that I built on a multiplayer server, but I never got to flesh out the layout nor make any scenery around it. I simply made the first layout and called the coaster Oasis Sprint.
More recently, I wanted to officialize the layout and put the coaster on a proper map with a unique setting and detailed scenery. In order to have the name make sense, the coaster was put on an oasis. A desert plaza was added with shops, a restaurant, a market and backstage areas to make it feel like a park, fill some space and help for maintenance. A few small villages also have been build around, one habited and one in ruins.
I'm not very good with manufacturers and their style, but I wanted a coaster that feels modern but not too twisty, more like CCI (Custom Coaster International) would do it.
This map is done without cheat or custom scenery, but uses features exclusive to OpenRCT2 and the .PARK save format.
    See final screenshot for statistics.
I hope you like it. :D

  12. From the other major timeline park I'm planning on doing, King Kobra opened at Forest Frontiers in 1982 and was, along with Six Flags Darien Lake's Viper, the very first roller coaster in the world to feature 5 inversions. In order, the inversions are:
    Vertical loop
    Batwing
    Double corkscrew
King Kobra thrilled riders until 1999 when it was rather brutally retired by Paramount. The remaining spare parts were used on Valleyfair's Corkscrew, and the land the ride once occupied was used for Top Gun: The Ride (now Afterburner), a B&M Floorless that shares a layout with Scream at SFMM.

    CS you will need:
    Maylene's Classic Corkscrew
    JCat's Steelworx
  13. The east side of Wonder World, which includes Expo 3000 and Circus Center. You'll need the Expo 3000 and Circus Center cs sets. (possibly others)

  16. Based off this page from the Theme Park Fanon wiki, this is Six Flags Indiana as it appears in 2018, the year before SF randomly drops the ball on what is essentially an elite park for no reason at all. New for 2018 is Total Mayhem, an S&S Free Spin located near Apocalypse.

You're going to need the following CS and CTRs:
Six Flags Entrance (IDK who made it sadly)
Nightflight CTR (again, no clue who made it)
    JCat's Steelworx
    Moby's Steel Jungle
    Sanba Balloon
    Red Baron
SpaceShot and TurboDrop (maybe by ImagineerJohn? I forget who made them)
That one waterpark CS set that has the tipping bucket (forgot the name)
    ATH Catwalks
    SafariJ's Arrow Supports

And you need Soaked and Wild to open the park. If you have all those, enjoy!
  17. This set contains wooden beams, posts, and braces, log posts and walls, stair covers and other odds 'n ends. This set works well with the Billboard Inserts Set.

  19. To take the description from another source:
Edit your RCT1 saved games in a new way! You can design new scenarios, generate random terrain maps, modify the research items, change vehicles, etc, etc, etc! This is not a "trainer" - it works only on saved SV4 and SC4 files. You should keep a copy of your original files in case the edits result in RCT not working properly. It is intended primarily for Loopy Landscapes. You will need the Drexler patch for many of the edits to be usable in RCT.
