Osudenny White Ash and Brick Set
The main feature is the white ash and brick walls but there is plenty more that was added.  
This is what this set has:
1) Rooves (sun roof, main roof, corner overhangs, side overhangs crown pieces and front overhangs.  All are 1h)
2) Bollard Lights to add to your landscaping.  there are 4 regualr ones and one large one.
3) Menu Boards ( 8 only billboard and 1 billboard and scrolling sign as well )
4) 2 doors for each wall group with opened and closed.  Also one set of metal framed door that is universal.
5) arrow signs (enter, exit and a scrolling sign)
6) Fence and fence filler and also porch fence and porch fence filler
7) signs ( fire exit, no smoking, 2 toilet direction signs and good food fresh service)
8) just 1 scrolling sign
9) 2 street lights, 2 street signs and 2 street signs with lights
10) 3 park signs
11) stand windows for each wall group and 1 stall cover
12) 4 wall mounted lights for each side of the doors that I have made
13) 3 fountains and a fixed drinking fountain but the one that I fixed also looks pretty cool in itself so I left it.  It has a dolphin fountain attached to it.
14) walls ( 1h thru 4h, windows, sloped walls 1h and crown wall)

Now this is a small pack but it could be useful in the camping sections of your parks.
This set consist of:
1) 1 cooler
2) 4 coots that are made as benches so the peeps will actually be able to sit on them in the tents.
3) 2 fire pits (1 going full force and 1 burning out)
4) 4 tents (3 of them can fit all 4 coots in them)
5) 3 tepees

Well this is a self made disney set.
In this this you can make your own shop to sell food or whatever.
It also includes menus that goes into my pictures folder in your rct 3 folder
this is for billboards.
It also has 3 different textures of walls and each has:
curves walls from 4h to 1h, walls from 4h to 1h, stand window, door.
The inside walls has 2 different textures and there is for each:
a wall 4h to 1h, and a wall with a window pass thru and counter attached
it has flat roof and ceiling panels as wll.  There is a total of 5 menu board
and 2 of them has a christmas twist to them.  I have 2 curved menu windows
for each wall, 10 curbed awnings and 10 regular awnings to match
the curved ones.
I also made some mistakes so I included a seperate folder with the
corrections.  Don't put them together but put both in your theme folder in the
atari folder in your program folders.

This set is again a homemade disney set.  But I feel there are alot
of really good pieces and useful pieces.  This set features 30
disney awnings, 2 different walls, walls of each 1h thru 4h,
it has 11 windows of each wall that has a disney figure and a
billboard, 2 plain window for each wall, 1 store entrance way for each
wall, a store of each wall, 6 doors for each wall, 3 roof pieces.
I tried to put in some nice details.  I hope you enjoy!!

There is 115 Pieces in this pack.  It contains road sign, building signs, Building Billboards,  shops, stalls and ATMs.
The restaurants that I have are the following:
A & W, Belissimo Pizza, Blimpie Subs, Burger Chef, Burger King, Burgerville, Camille Café, Charley's Grilled Subs, Chunky Cheese Pizza, Church's Chicken,
Dairy Queen, Denny's, Domino's Pizza, Dune Dog, Hogeez, Hot Dog, In & Out, Jollibee, KFC, King Kong, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Planet  Pizza, Popeye Chicken, RCT3 Java, Sidewalk Café, Stadium Dogs, Wendy's and White Castle.
The Billboards are:
Aliens Billboard, Blue Brothers Billboard, Butcher Billboard, Lillte Me Billboard, Trojan Billboard and Waiter Billboard.  These are for the building walls or windows.
I have a Billboard Road Sign and a Billboard Shop so you can make your own.
There is also building décor which are:
Burger, Chef, French Fry Man, Ice Cream Bear, Pizza Man 1 and 2, Popeye, and Shake.
Extra Road Signs are: UNLV 1 and 2, USC 1 and 2 and OSU 1 and 2.
Remember you have put each folder in the theme folder separately!!!!!!!!!!
