The highest floor of the building has been reached. Only the roof remains to be finished, and then the building itself will be completed. Some wall modules have not yet been placed; I've done this to enhance the effect that it is still under construction.

To bring the playground and the petting zoo together, I planted foliage and added a few details. For the dogs there is also a special dog playground with a number of equipment.

This is the final step of the building construction. On the roof and the floor below, a number of walls still need to be erected, so fewer details have been added. At the moment, only work on the walls is ongoing. I think because this floor is not very safe yet due to the missing walls and fencing, only a small group of people is working here.

So insanely detailed... still super awesome to see every update on here. LOVE that greenhouse and park lake shot!

Thank you. The building gives the lake and greenhouse pictures a different feel. I still need to adjust the petting zoo soon because of the new DLC.

I've laid out the construction site's layout. The blue walls indicate where concrete borders will be placed. This will become visible during construction. The main entrance to the construction site will be where the solar panels (placeholder) are located. Additionally, I've relocated the spawn point and entrance.

I have now built the terrace for the apartments and offices. At several spots on the terrace, I have placed some seating areas, where people can sit quietly or hold meetings.

The grey sections represent the borders of the terrace. These areas are supposed to represent a kind of layer to prevent concrete corrosion, but I still need to find a way to improve this or perhaps remove it altogether.

The borders on the side of the bike path have been placed. In these borders, I have installed a number of stairs, a bike ramp, and a wheelchair ramp. The most important and busiest section, where the entrance to the restaurant and office area is located, has been given more stairs from different directions. This also immediately gives an open feeling.

That park area in front of the buildings still amazes me every time... another nice update! I love how slow and piece-by-piece your design process is and how you display everything, it always makes me want to jump into Planet Zoo and create something myself, haha

there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

Thank you. I think this area looks very beautiful, probably because of the strong contrast between concrete, stone, and vegetation.

I enjoy showing everyone the different construction phases and what is involved in them. If there isn't a new Planet series (hopefully Planet Coaster 2) planned for this year, I would definitely recommend Planet Zoo if you want to build things outside of a zoo, because the pieces in Planet Zoo are much better than in Coaster. But I would personally wait for the new serie.

Actually I have little to say. But the scaffolding has been put up because the exterior walls of the office will be made of decorative stones, and these will be placed by hand.

It just amazes me that this is all made in Planet Zoo, it looks like you are using a completely different engine!

I'm hoping Frontier does announce Planet Coaster 2 or something new in the series, they said that they will be announcing a major new sim game from an already dedicated franchise soon so I'm crossing my fingers that it's a PlanCo 2 or maybe Planet Cities?

I do have to mention that I edit my photos in Photoshop. But aside from that, Planet Zoo is a visually beautiful game, even though it has its drawbacks at times.

That's right, Frontier has indeed said that a new Planet series is coming out, or rather, three series over the next three years. My feeling is that it won't be long before we get more information. It would indeed be nice to get a new Planco 2, hopefully with a water park and better water attractions.

You spelled "better fireworks engine" wrong.

😉

I'll have to admit that @RobertaME's joke echoes what's been on my mind since you first started posting about this project. It's quite literally difficult to comprehend this is from a game for making zoos

Something, sometime, eventually...

I have used the fireworks in Planet Coaster very little. What would you like to change about that?

I think when you forget the name and see the game as a kind of Lego, building becomes easier. And I also find it really fun to build.

Gosh some of those screenshots are just so beautiful, the one with the peacock in it looks almost lifelike - the realism in this project is outstanding!

This is the final step for the construction scaffolding. To get materials and construction workers to the higher floor, I have installed two construction elevators.

I have updated the map with the new Barnyard Animal Pack DLC. The llamas have been replaced with alpacas, and I have added new animals such as the Sussex chicken and the Alpine goat. Additionally, I have created and added new objects here and there.

The construction walls are coming down and WOW the result is breathtaking, that last update may be the most realistic thing I've ever seen to come out of any of these games. This is freakishly well done it's almost scary!

For a natural way of mowing the grass, a number of sheep graze along the side of the road. The sheep do not stay in this place and go to a quieter spot every evening.

The first phase of detailing the construction site is the installation of construction lighting, cables, and security cameras.

The finishing touches have been put on the construction site, where a few workers are still hard at work. However, not everyone is busy. A telescopic boom lift has also been placed on site.
