Looks amazing as per usual, again love the entire process you are taking with this project! It's super cool to see it all get fleshed out update after update.

there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

To bring the playground and the petting zoo together, I planted foliage and added a few details. For the dogs there is also a special dog playground with a number of equipment.

Ohh, that staircase looks really good!

Brutalism isn't always an architectural choice people like going for anymore, but I'm glad you did - this is looking incredible!

The flood of natural light definitely helps make the interior look more inviting in a building entirely of concrete.

Keep it up!

There's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow; shining at the end of every day.

Thank you. This building will not be brutalism. Personally, I don't like that either. I think that is very rare in the Netherlands.

The exterior is in the finishing phase. The windows and stones were placed in this phase. This also means that work can be done on the inside because rain can no longer enter.

Amazing, looks like an actual construction building you'd see on the side of the road. Your realism is still top-notch, can't wait to see where you go with this structure!

The interior of the office section is now decorated with building materials and construction equipment. The suspended ceiling has already been installed and they are now working on installing a partition wall.

I had no idea you could get THIS detailed with Planet Zoo, those interiors look like an actual construction zone... another amazing update! If you're going this detailed for these sections, imagine once you hit the entertainment areas!

In this update I create the layout of the restaurant part. To make room for the fire escape, I had to shorten part of the office space.

Damn those fire safety regulations! They ruin everything!!! 😜

I love that drop ceiling. If it were my office, I'd leave it exposed just like that! Kinda industrial chic. Me likey.

Something, sometime, eventually...

That industrial look is very in right now, wouldn't be a bad idea to keep it for that modern look you might be aiming for! Love the updates as usual, keep em coming!

Yes, the safety regulations sometimes don't make things nice 😉

Luckily for you, I won't be finishing this project in terms of finishing. So the drop ceiling stays that way.

The industrial look is indeed very trendy. According to the lore in this folder, the office area will be neatly finished, and the restaurant will have an industrial look, only the walls will have a different color.

The restaurant has an open ceiling, which gives it an industrial look. Work is being done in various places, including where the kitchen will be installed. In the next update I will add some more clutter, because I think it is a bit too empty.

As I mentioned last time, I've placed some clutter in the restaurant area. The layout of the second floor is also visible.

This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor. This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor.

The second floor is decorated both on the outside and on the inside. However, on the inside, not as many details have been added due to reduced work activities.

I have installed the third and fourth floors. The machine room for the restaurant's ventilation system is located on the fourth floor. The shoring posts are the only details on these floors. I intend to remove some of the shoring posts at a later time.

On the fifth floor, there are several meeting rooms and a cafeteria. This floor is also connected to the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the layout of the floor yet, so it could still change.

The interior of the top floor has been completed. This is where the server room, archive room, and the executive office with a meeting room will be located. Additionally, the fire escape has been extended to the roof.

Looking amazing as per usual so far!
