  1. Did the hulk see his shadow? Either way big thrills are coming!
  2. I mean there will be areas of Warner Bros. IPs so sure.
  3. Hey all! This discussion is based on 2025 plans and projects. What are you planning to do on ParkCrafters in 2025? This year is another year of refurbishments for me. Multiple projects that started on SGW are getting refurbished, with some being full park refurbishments. Also this year I am planning to continue Emerald Waters in Planet Coaster 2, somewhat waiting for the flume improvements first and that project will be seeing improvements. The big project for 2025 is my Universal Studios project in RCT3. This is the first time I am sharing 2 parks in one file, something I used to do all the time with Disneyland-based parks in my earlier years. Definitely an exciting year.
  4. Happy Monday moviegoers! Universal Studios Resort Dubai is rapidly growing and changing by the minute. Today marked a milestone in the delivery and installation of our main entrance touch points at Universal Studios Park. Universal's Adventureverse had entrance touch points installed early on in the construction process and now Universal Studios Park had its touch points installed. This step in the construction process allows construction of surrounding and supporting services to further progress. Universal Studios Park is a bit further along than Adventureverse and future announcements related to progress as well as detailed updates are coming soon.
  5. Good topic. I typically do the same for large scale gift shops and food locations. It adds realism and lets you have multiple types of items in one general location.
  6. This is just stunning.
  7. “I gotta go, Julia, we got cows!”
  8. Hey all happy Sunday! Here is another discussion thread talking about the cold. In Florida we are actually participating in winter this year (even south Florida) and I wanted to see if anyone has any crazy winter weather stories. Being in "the other Florida" closer to Alabama, we get pretty cold and have had "snow days" oddly. One of the first few times we had snow days recently was in 2014 and people were sliding down one of the closed bridges that froze over. The "snow" we see here melts before it hits the ground, but it is still a weird phenomenon. There have been more recent accounts of us getting snow, but it has become more bizarre seeing how cold we can get.

  10. Happy New Year everyone! This is just a discussion of what your goals are for 2025 and anything cool you did in 2024. My goal is to improve my projects on here and do some more trips! My projects are getting bigger and I keep adding to my list to keep a constant rotation and flow of ideas. Some are really old ideas that I used to have, and others are based on new and current experiences in real world parks. Then for more trips I want to get to WDW at least once this year and possibly one or two trips to Universal. Highly debating an AP and when to go, which will more than likely be an OI meetup weekend. Possibly a day at Epic Universe, who knows! Last year I did my first work trip to Washington DC, and it was also my first time in DC. I met some really cool people and some other Disney nerds in my company. I also did my first solo trip to Universal in November for my first Orlando Informer Meetup. Let's just say I am jonesing for another trip and more butterbeer! I also interacted with quite a few members of ParkCrafters and many were previous SGW members that I remembered on Discord. Very cool to interact with you guys and share a lot of knowledge and techniques for our projects. Lots of laughs and jokes that will probably stick around forever.
  11. Hmmmm seems thrilling! Tell me more about this Jaws attraction? 😏
  12. Happy New Year everyone! I wanted to share a brief update on the status of this project as it has gotten a little quiet. I am working on a park-wide refurbishment to accommodate my new system as well as fix some of the kinks that this project seemed to have. Some sets were removed to better handle all my projects and some of these were used in this project. Some areas needed redevelopment anyways and I am going to take the opportunity to get this park to a much higher standard. As usual, I have major attractions planned and intend to keep much of the existing plans for the park.
  13. New year means a new entrance? Something big is coming this year.
  14. Fake snow is the definition of Florida Christmas.
  15. I like to game on Xbox. My game list is whiplash and has no meaning to it 🤣.
  16. Merry Christmas! Looks like the construction site got more cranes and deliveries today from Santa 😉.
  17. Yeah, they have minds of their own. So I am doing some big things in 2025 for all projects.
  18. Cody replied to Wowman's topic in Real Parks Discussions
Beautiful pics. Some things in Disney are just photogenic.
  19. Curious how the future hotfixes are going to affect the water parks. Been looking into the new movements of the rafts and the dispatch times and it is already interesting.
  20. Hey all! As you know, the holidays are here! So to stay in the spirit here are a few discussion questions. What is your favorite holiday event/overlay/entertainment offering that has been at a theme park? What is your favorite holiday movie? Song? For me one of my favorite offerings that does not exist anymore is the Cinderella Castle Dreamlights. I am somewhat attached to them as my first Disney trip in the holidays occurred the year they debuted. Of course the Osborne Lights were also a highlight and are missed. Disney get your act together, we want lights 🤣. As far as movies and songs this is tough as I watch a lot of the classic Christmas movies. Some of my favorites are now in their 20s which is tough considering that is early 2000s. Elf, Polar Express, Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas, The Grinch, Christmas Vacation, etc. are all on my list. Christmas music I would have to say some of the Disney Parks soundtracks (parades and shows) put me in the spirit the most compared to those you hear all around.
  21. Getting closer to the potential reveal date. Anymore guesses?
  22. Just beautiful. Love seeing Disney shows.
