This looks great! I'm always impressed by people who are good at building realistic coasters, something I don't excel at. Excuse my ignorance, but what is FVD++?

So, Wonder ordered a new Baby Center poster made, changing the art style a tad to lighten it up. I think it's a fair compromise.

I love the theming of this new land and especially what you did with the Helter Skelter. I also can't wait to see that mosaic when you finish it.

You mean a typical Wonder park...

The scaling mod gave me some problems so I don't use it. It's in the process of being updated with a new version so you may want to hold off using it until then. I may eventually decide to use it myself. I'm just waiting for a few more updates from Frontier...One, to see if they give us unlimited scaling in the game and two, because I'm always afraid an update might break it, as I know many mods break every time there's an update. Also, anyone who wants to download your park from the workshop MUST have the mod installed, or all pieces will revert to the lowest size allowed in the vanilla game. Personally, I'm caring less and less about releasing my parks to the workshop at all. If I do, let them worry about getting the file to work. About your problem, I didn't encounter that and haven't heard of any else having that issue. Are you SURE you didn't have random scaling on? That's happened to me a couple of times (without the scaling mod installed).

Excellent job! You did a very accurate job in recreating the land. Maybe it just needs a bit more clutter. And I was waiting for Rise of the Resistance. 😉 Bit very impressive. Well done. I'll be visiting the real thing in a few weeks, now that Darth Vadar has arrived.

I'm torn as well. But I thought the original looked too cartoony and didn't really fit the style of the land. You're right. I actually didn't realize this was based on a vintage model. I should do more research before I hastliy make such a big change. 😉 I suppose I'll have to replace it once again... 🙃

HUGE UPDATE !!! There's a new Pepsi machine in the Baby Center. The original Pepsi machine The second Pepsi machine And now, the new Pepsi machine! (But probably not the last) Seriously, I'm not obsessed with the Pepsi machine. I just found this excellent blueprint on the workshop by Josh#51010. He's created some superb stuff, including many arcade machines before we got the real ones. His are so good, that if you're building an arcade, you'll want to have a mix of his along with Frontier's. And also, while we're at the Baby Center, even Scooter is questioning the choice of this poster. So I've replaced the old cheap AI slop image for a more expensive AI slop image. Well, Scooter likes it anyway...

It's been approximately one year since I began this project. Where does the time go? Surprisingly enough, I'm still very motivated and excited to continue forward. A lot of the boring entrance areas and services are mostly done, and now I'm finally getting to the good stuff. Mr. Wonder has issued a statement about the project, with a rough roadmap of where things are going and what we can expect in the near future... Wonder World Currently, the big project at Wonder World is the completion of the Space Port. Two new attractions are under construction as well as a new restaurant and shop. The big one is obviously Space Port 3000, which is slated to be the most expensive ride in the park. New to the land will be a highly themed upscale, full-service restaurant, offering a unique experience to guests along with a hefty price tag. The entrance area of the Space Port will also undergo a slight refurb to bring the area up to the standards of the rest of the park. It's very likely that a t least one new land will begin construction this year. Animal World This year saw the construction of the main entrance, Administration Center, and beginning of Zimbobwee Village. Moving forward, Zimbobwee Village will be completed and the land of Africa will begin construction with the hopes of it mostly being completed this year. This will include the park's signature attraction, African Adventure. This will be the largest attraction ever built in a Wonder Park, at approximately 12 acres, and most likely, the most expensive attraction in the resort. The Observation Tower is also planned to be completed, featuring an upscale restaurant at the top of the tower. A second land may be started this year as well. Water World Construction is continuing at Water World and we should start to see some major updates to this park. There are currently 7 rides under construction and most of Atlantia Island has been terraformed. Major landscaping and the completion of many of the attractions are slated for this year and you can expect to finally see previews of this park. Primeval World Technical problems plague this park. The animatronic Gumbies are malfunctioning and the plan to use them as park employees may need to be scrapped. The DNA research used to create living dinosaurs is not going as planned, with many failures occurring. That said, all is not lost, and this has only delayed the construction of the park. While the bugs are being ironed out, the construction of non-dinosaur attractions has continued, and we'll be seeing the park's progress very soon. Wonder Beach Boardwalk Work is slow but steady on this park. In its current state, the park is almost ready for a soft opening. Just a few more rides need to be added and then you can expect this park to open very soon. It won't be complete, but I need to generate some income to continue work on the resort. Why did I think I could build five theme parks at once with no source of income? Lafitte Landing The Lafitte Landing resort hotel is nearing completion and is slated to open in just a few months. The guest verandas and the castle are complete. The grounds just need some more landscaping and we need to finish the monorail system. One or two more additions to the resort and it will be ready to open. Worlds of Wonder Resort Hotel This high end luxury hotel is still in the planning stages. There is currently no confirmed date for the beginning of the construction. But this will be THE place to stay, when visiting the Worlds of Wonder Resort. Future Plans... There are many ideas for other additions to the park, including the possibility of more theme parks. Everything is up in the air right now. When any of these ideas become concrete, you all will be the first to know.

Thanks. I'm really working hard to up my interior work. Although Planet Zoo makes it easy with its beautiful selection of props. When I first purchased this game a while back, I built a typical zoo, and thought the game was nice, but a little boring. But since I decided to create a more theme park type zoo, I'm really getting into the game and really love it now.

Thanks JB. The Emporium is comprised of different styles, starting with North African (Morocco) and transitioning to more South African as it approaches the outskirts of the village and things get more "wild".

The arcades look really good. A lot more than I expected. And for that tease at the end...the writing on the white board says "Parade Times."

Another top notch attraction by JP! I love the details you put into this...including things like that beautiful view atop the mountain and in the distance, it looks like there's a storm brewing. I expect that was achieved with the Skystudio mod. Also, I love the washing machine room aka the second turntable and slushing water. If I ever get to building Cascade Canyon at Wonder World, you know I'll be reviewing your videos and copying, er, using them for inspiration.
