Hey there, 

After some investigating, this particular file (with the CFH Rides folder dated 2014) is the correct one. The other file you also commented on appeared to be an older version of the same attraction. If you have both of these files still installed, please remove them from your Style/Custom directory and only reinstall THIS file. I've deleted the other one. 

I can place it now but it keeps randomly crashing my game by just existing in my park

It still crashes my game and i have even unlocked the games ram limit  and it's still crashing fix the ride please i want to use this but i cant because if i do the entire game will crash

Unfortunately, unless the original creator surfaces, there's very little hope this will get "fixed." I will ping @Wilhelm1407 and see if he has any further insights. Worst case scenario, this is a broken attraction and cannot be used.

I uploaded the file I downloaded years ago. While it sometimes works with shadows enabled, it's very unstable due to the high poly count. I recommend toggling off Shadows before using this CFR.

You can turn them off in graphics settings, either in the main menu, or in game.

for me none of those options below the Auto Detect button are there at all

You may be have your quality settings to Auto Detect. If your quality are set to anything but Custom that's probably why you couldn't see the shadow options. Change your settings to Custom.
