IIRC, King Tut (as played by Victor Buono) was a college professor (or museum curator?) who got bonked on the head, or something, and only thought he was King Tut. So he hasn't lived for centuries like the trivia question asks. I've never heard of Ra’s al Ghul, but he sounds like an ancient dude to me. So I'll say B: Ra’s al Ghul.
