June 26Jun 26 Have a good buddy who attended the Culinary Institute of America, so I know this one!C: The number of ways to cook an eggNo, I didn't cheat and ask him. He mentioned it a couple times years ago!!!
June 26Jun 26 ^ I was right. It IS silly. ;-) Also, the "no one knows" answer is also correct since no one really knows how many ways there are to cook an egg. (Actually, I think I have also heard the 'egg' explanation before, I just don't like it because it's obviously arbitrary.) Nevertheless, looks like citytrader is gonna take the cake on this one... (cakes are also a way to cook eggs... and cookies... and meatloaf... and noodles, etc. Probably tens of thousands of ways!) [JB steps down from his soapbox and takes a sedative]

Tuesday at 03:37 AM5 days Maybe I should go open my fridge and count as I have no idea! But I'll guess B: 16
Tuesday at 05:02 AM5 days We had corn on the cob about a week ago, and I was the one who shucked the corn, so I got a pretty good look. Thinking back and visualizing, I would guess that there are... [JB stops and visualizes some more.]... I was gonna say 24, but now I think I agree with citytrader and I'll say: B: 16
Tuesday at 10:31 AM5 days The key word is "average", so I'll join the others and go with B: 16 because some kernels are quite large and while there might be natural exceptions 16 seems to be an adaptable number of rows. Otherwise it's a guess, although I do seem to remember reading once that it's always an even number of rows for some reason...

Friday at 10:09 PM2 days I have no idea either, but I'm gonna say C: 111, just because. There are more constellations than you can shake a stick at... Why you would shake a stick at constellations, I don't know. But to each his own.
