February 24Feb 24 Another fun and unusual area of your park! I think it's neat how that tower looks completely different, depending on which time of day you view it. And that pirate ship you built... Wonderful! I love the toothy shark's mouth that is built into the bow of the ship. The treasure chest gift shop also looks great! Really nice update!
February 24Feb 24 Need to view the screenshots multiple time to discover all the inventive things you've done. Love the train, the pirate ship and the treasure chest shop! Also can see the care you take in sight-lines and transitions - they both work really well.
February 24Feb 24 Love this area! Really quite beautiful theming, not like most "pirate" parks. Bravo!I really like that small eating area overlooking the lagoon.

The Painterly Grove home to some very fun rides including the almost finished Splash of Color!
March 2Mar 2 I think I would be happy to just walk through the queue for a half hour or so! Love the atmosphere there. I also enjoyed the ride. A little bit of Disney here and there. And some nice family-friendly roller coaster action.👍
March 8Mar 8 Author The Painterly GroveWelcome to the Painterly Grove my Fantasy area sitting just behind the castle with 6 connection to other area (YES 6) The area is the biggest of the park but let's enter trough the pirate area I'll just also share the second entrance trough the hub near the castle because it's pretty special to me <3 When entering trough the pirate area you'll mostly be met with classic fantasy architecture and a lot of vegetation as this spot is the meeting point of 3 areas (Pirate , Potion Trove and Fantasy)It housWon't talk too much about the Spirit of the Forest flatride as it's mostly a hole filler and also that specific ride is very cursed and has a strange ingame model where it look all kind of wrongAfter it you'll be able to listen to folk tales 3 times a day or go for some more shopping in the park . It was very important to me to add to type of entertainment. There's a big water body with a lot of planter at the center of the area, creating some amazing view and making this area breath. On one side of the body there's two very fun shop , a Hat's Fantastic and a shop I'm very proud of : Purply's Magic Wands. It's another easter egg toward my Best Friend and it was my first time using those pieces from the Sorcery PackThen you'll see some toilets and a path leading to the upcoming Candy Area (the toilets are recycled from an abandonned fantasy water park) But also you'll see the Teacups themed around sunflowers. I'm very proud of this flatride as I managed to execute an idea to the best I could for the area. After you'll see the Painterly Station , the train station of the area , with another playground area just at the front using my usual kit with some theming to fit the area. Also while queuing you'll have an amazing view of the LandAnd of course just like all the other train station , we've got a custom train fitting the area and what's a playground without an icecream shop? That shop is also a remnant of that water park projectNext to the ice cream shop sit the other path toward the candy areaThen it's time to experience the only darkride of the area (and first finished darkride in any planco game after thousand of hours in both game...) This ride is themed around a little anecdote. My best friend Flo love to paint and she has two cats , one of them Pumpkin once walked trough the paint and painted his own painting XD So what if we gave him his own mansion and everything he need to create master pieces? Well that's what I tried to answer in this crazy darkride where we will explore the painted worlds of Sir Pumpkin !You can click this link to enjoy the darkride didn't do a separate vidéo but it will direct you to the right timecode ^^You might probably be hungry after all this walking... Well do not worry as right next to the darkride sit the Hooked Fish , the perfect place to get some Fish&Chips and have a very fun view of inside the ride since the restaurant was made around this interactionWe're getting trough the end of the area but there's still a few things to show , like the carousel and the maple maze! Then here's a few various building where there's not really a lot to say beside they complete the area quite well , including some toilets. But wait did you noticed to giant coins on the ground? They come from the giant cauldron at the Rainbow's End giftshop , the last giftshop of the areaThen next to the shop there's a special tree , a wishing tree , a custom wishing tree! As the one ingame didn't fitted my vision. When you enter from the second entrance of the Hub you'll have this view of the tree:On the ground of the tree are 2 sword and some candles , like a little shrine. The story behind is that those two sword were used by two warrior of the past. They fell deeply in love and decided to retire the sword to focus on a more peaceful life. As they dug they sword into the ground they planted a little tree. Their love and their wish for peace as well as all the people who started to come and see the sword to give them hope made the tree grew into a magical wishing tree. Each candle represent a wish. BUT you won't find that lore anywhere in the park as I want people to imagine their own story as they see this details. I'll finish the tour of the area by showing the path that lead to the Prisma Cave , as well as a little house. The big ride in the back , the Splash of Color will be revelled to you next week 😉so you can also enjoy the POV when it release
March 8Mar 8 Very nice. Really like your more open plazas and wider walkways that are real and natural looking.
March 8Mar 8 I especially love the wishing tree, it's just so much more interesting than the little in-game one. And even has fungus growing off the trunk! Sir Pumpkins is really cute, and Rainbow's End is a neat way to tie that rainbow icon into ground level of the park.
March 8Mar 8 I love how the dark ride travels alongside the Hooked Fish restaurant in the video. As always, an abundance of color in the aptly named Painterly Grove. My favorite screenshot here is one that's 10th from the top. It's the one that shows the body of blue water with the fountain, foliage in the foreground, white planters filled with colorful flowers, and the castle rainbow in the background. Wonderful composition!

I just wish we had more bushes (that are fully recolourable for custom trees. On 3/8/2026 at 11:11 PM, JB said:I love how the dark ride travels alongside the Hooked Fish restaurant in the video. Wonderful composition!Thank you <3 , I really love having all sort of inspiration between rides , restaurant and more as I feel they really bring something fun into parks. And this area is the point of the park where I really started to play with the composition of a lot of view to create the best I could with the area! Now it's time to share a project that has been 7 month in the making (Got the idea , waited a month to reuse the layout Oakie Dokie Games had made for a collab we did together were we weren't able to finish the project for personal reason and started building 6 month later 🫠) The Splash of Color:Originally called Paint Splash Mountain , the ride was the whole idea for the area behind the castle , a big themed log flume themed around color and paint just like the castle. But I honestly had no ideas what to do beside the big paint fall. Then came the layout and to be honest I procrastinated the whole build for 6 month...Then I got the motivation as it was one the last thing to finish the Painterly Grove and got into the groove. There's something very funny about this ride and this area that will make me laugh every time I think about it : I got the idea for the castle , the area and the ride before I even knew a Toy & Arts&craft pack could happen in the game. And to be honest I didn't expected it to happen at all haha. Then the Toybox pack arrive and well , for all the pack that could have come and helped a lot of player with area of their park. The pack was made for me making an area that is a niche variation of a theme we can already do quite well already in game...Got lucky with the DLC lottery hahaAnyway let's continue to talk about the ride , it has 2 outside area and 3 indoor scene. The indoor scenes are about color wizard learning magic? To be honest I just wanted to have fun with some animatronic I don't think I'll use a lot...For the queue I wanted something simple that fitted the thatch roof style of this part of the grove. I also wanted something humble as I wanted a queue that would be dwarfed by the mountain to make it look even more impressive.Beside the colourful vegetation you'll see on your trip toward the first lift hill there a specific prop I tried to make as an introduction to the magic and those props are ball fountains. Using rotation platform inside a marble piece for the texture , Then adding some water jet , it look like the ball is held by the water . And the illusion needed to work on multiple side as you'll see from the front and the back when on the ride but also you can see the ball fountains from the maze. You can enjoy the ride by clicking this link as I won't spoil the rest for your enjoyment.Just behind the ride , there's the trainline that need to enter inside the mountain to reach the Prisma Cave and so I made 3 little scene for the transition between the Painterly Grove and Prisma Cave. The entrance to the caves with some crystal and some very fun interaction with the flume. Then inside the cave sleep a dragon mother and her little one as I wanted to use at least once the dragon piece 😆 And this spot was perfect for it.Then it's not really a scene but there's a interaction between the exit station of the flume and the train line. And after that there's an open ceiling cave with some waterfall and vegetation to have a last bit of fresh air before you enter the Prisma Cave (and also to help to evacuate the fumes of the train...)Alright , there is now 2 area left to the park that I need to show you all , one is an Aquatic Area that is mostly finished beside a shooting ride. And the candy area that need the most work but should be done soonish!
March 15Mar 15 I love the big paint buckets spilling their contents out of the mountain. Lots of clever ideas here. A very cute ride. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
April 2Apr 2 Author The Sugary CanyonLast year I took part into a diorama contest and made a diorama all around a candy mountain with a giant gumball machine. The coaster was not good but I had a lot of fun with the theming especially since we didn't had the festive theme at the time so I had to be creative. And so for a while I had the idea on the back of my mind to once do this diorama justice and make it into a park area. But this time I had the Festive set with all the candy piece at my disposal! The area has 3 entrance 2 from the Painterly Grove and one from the Potion Trove.2 of those entrance are train bridge. Before the area became the Sugary Canyon , I had the idea of a Vilainness land themed around Vesper and the fairy tale witch. Then the idea evolve into a dark toy area (a toy area but the toy of witch) and then finally I decided to redo the candy area as it fitted the rest of the park better. We will enter trough the gate near the Maze in the Painterly Grove. From this area you are greeted by a small plaza with some toilet , a milkshake fountain and a filler building. Then let's enjoy a hot coco before or after taking a ride in one of the first flatride of the area! Then the restaurant of the area , was inspired by those swirly red and white candy , and the restaurant even have an incredible view from the terrace where you can see the coaster and the landscaping of the area. Now let's go toward the rock candy forest , the other half of the area literally cut by a vanilla milkshake fountain.Time to go shopping inside the bonbon boutique , one of my favourite interior in the whole Queendom. You probably noticed I don't have much to say in this area because it's mostly playing with pieces and the theme of candy in creative way but instead of sharing what pieces did I use for the candy. I think it's more fun this time if I let you discover by yourself but of course I will still talk about some of my favourite details. Also some of the technique I used are recycled from the diorama. The other flatride of the area is the candy mining machine with a small eating area. I could find a very creative excuse why the ride is halfway trough the ground and made it a mining machine instead of a parachute ride. The truth is ... The ride was new but way too big for the skyline of my park XDThere's one detail I love about the little food building and it's the chocolate building is melting about the flaming marshmallow And then the coaster (No POV yet I'm sorry haha , will share a link once I have a video with the ride in it)The coaster is one of the ingame blueprint completely rethemed to fit the area with a bigger queue compared to the diorama and some custom themed minecart train.Like I said the whole area is an extension of the diorama , at the end of the coaster of course there's a little giftshop were you can get your ride photosAt the time of making the post , the Queendom is finished and I have one last area to share : the Lost Reef. (Will show it tomorrow , or on sunday)I realize that since I started so far into the process of the area , I mostly shared one area after the other. Do not worry for Fancyful Oak since the project is more indepth and being creating at about the same time I'm making those forum post , the post in there will be way more organic. The latest park release with this area and well the complete park will be release next Wednesday on the same day I do the tour on the park live with a good friend of mine.On the meantime like I said will share the Lost Reef and the mission pov soon.
April 2Apr 2 Those giant popsicles (or whatever they are) look really tasty. 😋 Love the burning marshmellows. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
April 4Apr 4 I've always wondered what a fantastic candy themed section of a park would look like! Now I know. Wonderful job!I especially like how you sank the parachute ride. Very creative.
April 6Apr 6 Author The Lost ReefIt's time for the latest area of the park , what a Journey this park as been. The story of that area is that I got inspired to make an Aquatic Area because I think the Aquatic theme is the best new theme added in Planet Coaster 2 at launch. And so was inspired by the theme to play with the Coral pieces and the amazing reef rock. Tho I didn't wanted to follow how the game intend the Aquatic theme to be used. (If you want to see what the Aquatic theme would look like in a full area pushing the theme as intented to the limit go check Oakie Dokie's Aqualand : Workshop Code : 8TB4YLW44I didn't want to do an Aqualand 2 , first because I helped Oakie by making the giant submarine in the area and secondly I wanted to challenge myself to not rely on the Submarine set and Aquatic colorful building for this area.Like all the land in the park , the Lost Reef as two entrance , one from the Hub and another between the Pirate Area and this oneIt took me a while to figure out the build style outside the nature of the area but then decided to go with an atlantis style of builds. It was a good excuse to use the mythology theme as intended haha.I really wanted with the terrain to immerse you as if you were underwater (of course without the water haha) The blue tint of the rock was at the same time a way to stray away from the purple aquatic rocks but also to dive more into the aquatic nature of the area. The first building you will see in the area is the sunken gift , the giftshop of the area.As you will see trough the area those giant sea shells made out of wooden block. Next it's the small restaurant , the Deep Delight , it's a simple building playing with the mythology style and one of those giant shell again for a sitting area. Then let's go to the first flatride of the area , the Big Dive , that flatride was perfect for the area that would soak you and give you a fun view of the area!.Then the neighbouring ride , the jelly fish frills. Then the other ride that look cool and fit with the manta kites but mostly the train station nested inside two giant shells. And the train is passing right behind !And now the shooting ride , the one time I hallowed myself to use a submarine in the area ! The idea of the ride is that Sandy Reef with the help of the Sea Institute is teaching you how to clean a part of the lost reef. The idea of the net was suggested on stream and became a big visual for the progress of the ride. I love the ocean , coral reef , sharks! And so this ride was very important for me to make it.To be honest adding the trash inside the queue was interesting since it was finding a balance to have a beautiful ruined interior with the ugly trash all around. When making the ride section , especially the start , I felt so bad trashing a virtual reef with dead coral and make it look as dreadful as possible. The first room with the Sandy "Animatronic" is one of my favorite, being very reminiscent of the Buzz Lightyear ride in Disneyland Paris. Will only share the first scene of the ride (a POV will come soon as soon as I have a video ready haha)Instead I'm sharing the finished file today! Workshop code : 85ZKXYJ3Z Don't forget to share your highscore if you play the ride <3A tour will be made live next Wednesday feel free to check it out https://www.youtube.com/live/LSroXBi_JzcAnd if you miss it , I will record the live to have a video version without the long pause , technical issue if some happen and mostly chapters! Thanks for following the project, once that video is done I will share one last link to the two missing POVThank you all for joining me at the end of this Journey <3
April 7Apr 7 Fantastic job! Wonderful park! Can't wait for the video.Again, terrific effort and incredible park!
April 7Apr 7 Wow...just WOW! Seriously, the fun aspect that's been obvious in this park since the beginning just went off the scale! I LOVE Lost Reef - has to be one of my favorite sections of this park. The bright colors in this park and it's playful theming continue right up to the end.All I can say is "Bravo!"...job well done.
April 10Apr 10 Author Had some technical issue with making the video so instead I'm sharing the stream (we really went in details haha) so sharing it instead of the video , sorry for the inconvenience https://www.youtube.com/live/LSroXBi_Jzc
