The Imagination Queendom

Featured Replies

Welcome to the Imagination Queendom , my Disney castle style park with my own spin on it. Started the park last march and since I've been creating this wonderful and whimsical theme park with crazy theming.
If you own Planet Coaster 2 here's the workshop code for you to experience the park : 85ZKXYJ3Z
During our journey please keep your hands and feet inside the park at all time ^^
I want to say before I start that I don't really make backstage , because I don't care and have a main rules when building park that help me with time and manage my piece count. "If the guest don't see it , I don't care"
With that in mind let's start our journey at the entrance , the Imagination Hotel :

20260211184747_1.jpg20260211185305_1.jpg

As you enter , you'll be in the little plaza between the hotel and the mainstreet , just like a certain park you'll go below the train station.
Passing under the tunnel will bring you to Dream Avenue Proper , our mainstreet.
20260211185655_1.jpg20260211185715_1.jpg

20260211185852_1.jpg20260211185926_1.jpg

Welcome to Dream Avenue , my main street and hub that will lead you to the others area of the park as well as the Painterly Castle
The mainstreet is bordered by two parallels arcades to help with guest flow
20260211190608_1.jpg20260211190700_1.jpg20260211190817_1.jpg20260211190320_1.jpg20260211190335_1.jpg20260211190410_1.jpg20260211190428_1.jpg20260211190446_1.jpg20260211191026_1.jpg
I feel like there's so much details , little painting , interiors (even if they're still very simple that I won't be able to do it total justice for this park since there's almost a year worth a work to show but I'm okay with that. My park will probably finished in a month or two so I'll share a complete tour of the park with a look at more of the details.
Let's finish this first part of our journey by talking about the Painterly castle , the first thing I've made in the park and the heart of the place.
The castle is an idea that I had for years , made it a build in minecraft , some drawing and making it in the Queendom was an idea finally done in the best way I could. I even upgraded the castle once more when the Sorcery pack and all the incredible castle pieces were added.
The castle could be described as "What if a disney castle + arts & craft supplies. At the front is a statue of myself and my parent cat Diabolo as I was about to move out at the time (but that's not the point of this so let's move on)
20260211191709_1.jpg20260211191720_1.jpg

Inside the castle , the interior is not really that interesting but there's the central room that is the dream room , a big room with a lot of colored light , place to sit and relax , it was inspired by an art installation by my best friend. She created that amazing room were you are invited to dream to let your imagination guide you and I wanted a little nod to her in my project.
20260211192531_1.jpg
Okay will do each area as a different reply to this topic because I have 3 finished lands , 2 almost finished ones , and one half finished haha

Very well thought out and looks great. Even though more realistic, it still has the whimsical feel like the first part of the park. Really like your style.

I love your artistic style.

Is that a glass walkway with plants growing beneath in your Main Street? Such a unique idea.

"The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)

You know, one could use a one word description of this park as being 'joyful'...it's just so full of colors and details. The castle is top-notch. I love that covered inner walkway with the flowers and plants spreading the bright rainbow theme and your version of Main Street...the way you combined rainbow-hued elements is so very different from what people often do when trying to add a lot of color, rather than mostly big blockss of color (which you still do...) you instead pick up that rainbow theme and paint it across the entire canvas, and then the use of the gold elements to add sparkle - it really comes across as, well, joyful!

Archeo Mesa is also fun, it's doesn't stick to 100% realism, but blends in some of that playfulness again.

Just really well done!

Oh my goodness! What a feast for the eyes! So. Much. Color!!!... And I love it! You have a unique, and wonderful, design style. I especially like the castle; it's like a really good children's book illustration that has come to life. Wonderful video, too! So glad you found ParkCrafters! classic_smile

Had to go back and look again at the screenshots...

It's really impressive how you have taken different bits and pieces and repurposed them, adding color and then combining them into something completely different...I had to look really close to figure out what many of those bits and pieces even were originally, and you did it without those individual pieces being obvious, they really blend together to create something new, and that's difficult to pull off successfully, so my hat's off to you.

The train station is just gorgeous too...

The foliage in that entrance!! Absolutely beautiful work so far, everything is so vibrant and popping off of my screen!

there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

Thanks I want thing to look like plausible (with the access for wheelchair user of little water thingy for hot days) but I still try to focus the theming first.

It is! Was a little experiment I did when we got invisible path

My favourite thing to do in this game is find fun use for pieces no matter how niche they are , just like a good lego se tI find it so fun to release that a detail is a specific piece.

Now time to share the Prisma Cave:

The Prisma Cave

20260212210717_11.jpg
From the Hub or the Archeo Mesa you'll find one of the entrance to the prisma cave that is completely indoor
I started the area well before the Sorcery set was announced so I was going in planning doing all the crystal custom but the new crystal pieces combined with the custom glass one create an even better set!

20260212204456_1.jpg20260212204530_1.jpg

For our guided trip let's enter trough the western side. On your right you'll see the Crystal Dance flatride and you can get a hot coffee. On your left, you can get the opposite with a cold ice cream and if that's not enough going straight will lead you to the Hungry Crystal !

20260212204605_1.jpg20260212204917_1.jpg20260212205034_1.jpg20260212205218_1.jpg

After that time for the kiddie coaster : Scaramouche's Wild Expedition , a coaster were Scaramouche (the mascot of the caves will take you on a crazy expedition inside the cave system

You can even ride the coaster trough this link!

20260212205350_1.jpg20260212205403_1.jpg20260212205550_1.jpg

The exit will lead you directly to the prisma station! And again with it's own custom crystalised train!

20260212205817_1.jpg20260128221038_1.jpg

But there's still some part of the cave to explore you might want to explore the Shiny Market , you will find some interesting gift for the whole family , even rock candies!
20260212210301_1.jpg20260212210231_1.jpg

And as you ride the last ride of the area , you enjoy the view one last time before prepping your eyes to meet the sun again

20260212210420_1.jpg20260212210437_1.jpg

Tomorrow If I'm not to tired to write I'll share the Potion Trove the area made around the sorcery pack!

20260212210717_1.jpg

This is a great children's area. It reminds me of the Little Mermaid indoor section at Disney Seas. Is that where you got your inspiration?

"The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)

Very quirky style! I love it!

I think the castle is my favorite. Looks spectacular!

Definitely going to look around at this park file when I get a chance.

So nice to see one of my favourite projects got the platform it deserved.

Wonderful updates, MissB. You have sucha vidid imagination..!

Not at all , (just looked it up it look fantastic will remember it next time I work on an underground land) , my inspiration were just to do an indoor area with glowing crystal and play with an architecture I didn't used at that time ^^

Also thanks you all for the kind words about the park!

The Potion Trove

20260212210717_11.jpg

Welcome to the potion trove an area I created because I was so inspired when the Sorcery pack DLC was announced.
In this land be ready to find some arcane wonders.

20260216143538_1.jpg20260216144141_1.jpg

As you enter you will be greeted by a few thing let's start with the most obvious one : The potion shaker , this intense flatride will make you shake and swirl just like the mysterious potions in the area. This ride is inspired by the Orbitron in Disneyland Paris

20260216144610_1.jpg20260216144400_1.jpg20260216144728_1.jpg

Before we go toward that big building in the back I would like to show you some others things first. Bryan's Crazy Creperie is the restaurant of the area , named after one of my best friends this restaurant will serve you crepe! It's once again themed around potion and I'm quite happy with the interior of this one ^^

20260216145057_1.jpg20260216145004_1.jpg20260216145020_1.jpg20260216145029_1.jpg

Before showing the Observatory I wanted to talk about the terrain , I was inspired by some concept art for the early 3D Barbies movies in the 2000's and with the new rock pillar added with the sorcery pack I wanted to have this hyper unique terrain so you can feel immersed trough this fantasy world.
20260216145339_1.jpg20260216145352_1.jpg20260216145412_1.jpg20260216145442_1.jpg

Now we can talk about the best building in the area : The Arcane Observatory , it's the flying theatre of the park (would also have been perfect for a Phantom Manor style darkride) , I wanted a building that really felt important with a lot of arcane technology embedded into into it. That building is the Weenie of the area as it can be seen from almost everywhere in the area , including the rivers rapids. At the front there's a little burger place with a little terrace with an amazing view from the land

20260216150348_1.jpg20260216145704_1.jpg20260216145737_1.jpg20260216145809_1.jpg

20260216145858_1.jpg20260216150450_1.jpg

Before we finish with the Elixir Delivery Rapids , you might want to go to the toilets or enjoy the Magic Infuser , another flatride that will make you deezy

20260216150623_1.jpg20260216150648_1.jpg20260216150707_1.jpg20260216150725_1.jpg

And now time for the rapids! You might want to know how does it feel like to be a potion being delivered trough the land , well with this ride you can experience that , as well as some very good relaxing view! You can experience the ride with this link! (Sorry didn't do a separate video with only the river rapids so the video will bring you to the time code I showed the ride)

20260216150952_1.jpg20260216151003_1.jpg20260216151025_1.jpg20260216151335_1.jpg

And that's it for this land of the park! next time we will visit one of the remaining areas of the park , those are unfinished tho

20260216150450_1.jpg

20260216145858_1.jpg

I just can't get over the style and aesthetic of this park.. the colors are just the icing on the cake. This is seriously a gorgeous project so far, it's so vibrant and full of character!

there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

Is that a glass floor in Bryan's Crazy Creperie??? You look down into potion shop? I LOVE the potion flask windows...that's just totally inventive! The Arcane Observatory is a gorgeous buld, that telescope is just perfect. The purple rockwork just ties everything together so well. Again...color, color, COLOR!

I love this area of the park...especially the landscaping with the purple rocks and waterfalls. So creative!

"The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)

This is no standard area or theme, you create something different and new. I like the lila rocks and the overall lila touch.

Brass Buccaneer Bay:

Before I start I wanted to say that this area is the latest I completed (Yesterday for as I'm making the post , will share everything about the coaster when I release the POV next monday I hope that's okay for everyone)

20260223225326_1.jpg20260223225342_1.jpg

This area has 3 entrance , one from the Hub , one from the Painterly Grove and one from the Potion Trove (Don't mind the broken sandstone pieces , blame Frontier classic_wink) And I'm very proud off the one that link toward the Grove (the fantasy Area) because it's one tower that look like two building compared to when you look at them.
20260223230156_1.jpg20260223230208_1.jpg20260223225819_1.jpg20260223225948_1.jpg
Let's enter trough the mechanical shark entrance , this area is supposed to be steampunk pirate but I didn't do as much steampunk than expected. Let's start with the kiddie side of the land , with a classic ride from Planet Coaster 1 that I have recreated : The Whirly Rig!
20260223231046_1.jpg20260223231053_1.jpg

20260223231142_1.jpg

Then there's something you'll see A LOT in my projects , my playgrounds I always love playground and trying to make them great and accessible to most people! As I even added wheelchair accessible swings.

20260223231244_1.jpg20260223231608_1.jpg20260223231625_1.jpg20260223231231_1.jpg

You probably noticed the custom drop tower in the background it was made by TBKarate and I just made the theming and queue of the thing.
20260223231845_1.jpg

The whole area revolve around a lagoon with in the middle the custom pirate ship I made , one of my favorite build I've made!
20260223231921_1.jpg20260223231951_1.jpg

Just near the kiddie area sit a little foodplace and some toilets with some great view of the whole area if you want a better dining area there's a restaurant not too far away to enjoy!
20260223232154_1.jpg20260223232204_1.jpg20260223232211_1.jpg20260223232227_1.jpg

Before talking about the restaurant I wanted to talk about sightlines it's something I find so important and it's a skill I'm really trying to improve as much as possible. I really want each area to be their own little worlds and even if their are not always perfect , I'm trying my best to create the best immersion possible.
The Sunken Ship Restaurant , a little restaurant made around that big lighthouse (inspired by real lighthouses) I wanted a building themed around the animatronic pirate show.

Next to it we have a climbing area and the pirate ship ride!. This ride is not special except in one way , using a blueprint that removed the ride platform , this ride in my park interact with the train line , with the train passing by under the support creating a unique and fun interaction (I checked the clearance it's more than okay!) You can see the unique train themed around the area to the same occasion ^^

When the update that added the possibility to rotate gridded building , I got the idea to have a giftshop inside a treasure chest

After that we have the massive train station as this thing interact with the backdrop and the coaster to create such an unique fortress (the train is the most popular ride in my park by the way XD)
