The final download for BlueDuck's Oak Lake AP.  Includes: 3 park files (the "current" file, the '96 expansion, and '98 expansion), and the required billboards.  
The 2 expansion benches are not complete, but instead works in progress.

The real Bell Gardens! This is a NCS (no custom scenery) project of mine that I've been working on for over six months!
This is the first phase release, in which the park has reached 1979.

ONLY BUILD THIS ENTRANCE IN SCENARIO EDITOR, ONCE BUILT, YOU CAN SAVE IT AS A PARK AND CONTINUE.
I recently got back into playing RTC3 since my children like it. I hadn't realized till recently that you could use custom scenery either, always thought I had to use the not very attractive Atari things. Well, long story short, once I discovered CS and the fact I could rebuild the park entrance, there was no stopping me.
This is a Park entrance I recently built, it has the feel of an old time park that is getting a makeover. I also added parking lots and 5 peep entrances before the new entrance, you certainly don't have to do that if you don't want to. I have included some instructional pictures to show you how to arrange the plot of land and where to put the shops and 3 entrances (all but the info booth are invisible, and turnstyles go where the 3 invisible entrances are). I have also included several pictures of the finished product in the zip file. Here is a list of the CS you will need.

UPDATE 7/18/11: Please be sure to get as much CS as possible, as some members have had trouble opening the park. I forgot to mention, you will need Krypt's Mine Train CTR (here on SGW), Jonnyears and IJohn's Pirate Ship CFR (NOT the new Buccaneer), Doughnut's Paratrooper CFR, Fechu's Playground CFRs, and the Dream Tower CFR. This is my no Custom Scenery recreation of Cedar Point, it's my first major park and I've only had RCT3 for 3 months. I've never been to America in my life and did this solely on pictures and videos. My computer could hardly handle the park size, thus the poor image quality, and I also forgot to remove the game interface. Please tell me what you think. The park is around 9MB.

Soak City has 16 Water Slides, 4 Pools, a Lazy River that wraps the Park, and plenty of Hot Tubs for everyone.
I have included a list of CSOs as well as the park file, images, and a read-me in the download.

I expanded the park size to 254 by 254 for you instead of 128 by 128. I learned how to do this thanks to a tutorial on youtube by HardCore7777777. It takes a long time to do though, so I did it for you. All you have to do is two things: Read the ReadMe file (it is very important to read ALL OF IT) and have fun! Enjoy
