Hexenberg Freizeitpark (WIP) |Story|
I've been playing with NoTrackLimits and would have never thought of what you did with the monorail, that is just brilliant (and I love how you supported it.) That encourages me to explore that mod some more.

Excellent job on the interior of that roof, that's some patience. The lighted vendor kiosks are truly insane and just one more piece of evidence that Frontier does not play their own games. I've had to resort to making things non-functional just to keep those lights from killing the whole scene. 🤬 I see Pepsi outbid Coke for the park contract, good for them. I mean, I prefer Coke but I always like to root for the underdog

Celeste World! A multi-themed park inspired by Disney & Universal (Harry potter, Dark Universe, frozen & more)
Love the Harry Potter tour; another park that will be fun to tour in person. It's always fun to "walk" through a well done interior. Speaking of interiors, the wall detail in that restaurant, just... wow. Glad you said that about the file limit; I didn't realize that was a thing and now I'll be (somewhat) ready when it happens :)

Thanks Dutchie. When I look at the map it does kind of stand out like a sore thumb. Might have worked better in a different project but at the rate this game is going I'm not sure there will be any other projects. The steampunk section kind of does that same thing, and even the not-thunder-mountain is starting to feel out of place. And of course I'll remind you that I only built the first gnome as a test of my abilities to try and make something as tiny and adorable as your little Twinkle mascot; then the gnomes started to multiply and I had to make a home for them ;)

Overheads in general are very satisfying for me but this one even moreso; you don't show them often (if ever) from what I recall. Considering all of the details and interior spaces you've done so far, this is a remarkably compact footprint and once again bodes well for how far you will be able to go on one map. I know there's some significant stuff left to go in this land and looking forward to how it all fits in and translates to this game. Nope, lol. Those pictures were very new to me and I see I need to go spend some more time in your thread for that project. It's always fun to see Wagi's custom scenery contributions! :) Apparently my circus center memories must go back to RCT3; I discovered that project long after the park was already released but thinking maybe there was a scenery update later on after I had joined the forums? Not a big deal, my brain really does enjoy playing those tricks on me.

All those beautiful photos and I found myself spending most of my time staring at the tunnel. The fact that it even exists makes me anxious to explore this park file someday, knowing that with you every door and path always leads somewhere. My suggestion would be to put a workshop file up each time you complete a land, it might drive up the viewership by hitting a whole new audience who might even be seeing WW for the first time. I felt like I remembered you doing this level of backstage detail in the PC1 version. Now I'm not only forgetting things but I'm making them up too. Speaking of my memory -- in PC1, I remembered you finishing Expo3000 and a significant chunk of Catfish Cove. Was there maybe some Circus stuff too or am I also making that up? Did you get any further than that?

wow, glad I finally found this thread. you could remove all of the IP's here and still have something, the architecture and layout speak for themselves. great builds, great details. I'm also quite intrigued by Big Thunder as an RMC, I've been trying to come up with a unique take on that ride and everything I do to it makes it more like what's already in the park 😒

Clever lampposts, I almost assumed they were in-game ones

Been using reshade for all the videos, but this video also features a new one (still in beta) called Sky Studio that lets us work with fog, haze, sunlight position, sky colors, and so much more. It's a wonderful mod. No post production and this one is the first one that I recorded "live" (the video and voiceover at the same time.) Thank you for the kind words!- Wonder World
You have once again exceeded my very high expectations. Many of the visuals you came up with were preferable to the original videos (what you did with Men Without Hats was particularly noteworthy.) I think Yazoo was my favorite inclusion, I discovered them well after the 80's and still play them often. There were even a couple artists and songs I was completely unfamiliar with. I've said once or twice that it's the decade that keeps on giving (I meant musically) and you proved me correct on that one. High kudos on a job very well done!- Wonder World
I'm embarrassed for not recognizing all the album covers because it means I probably didn't own them, and I probably had close to 1000 cassettes before I even started on CD's. They're all worthless now and most of them ended up in a dumpster somewhere. I have a tremendous dislike for Max Stormcloud. No reason really other than someone at Frontier is probably super proud of themselves for coming up with him/her/them. Their voice in your video is pretty much what I was already picturing, aka annoying as hell.- Wonder World
I was just coming here to tell you how well-made those photobooths are. Very happy to see another video, I felt it was the same amount of zany as the previous videos, which is just the right amount. The details to your builds are astounding, can't believe you even made the catwalks over the audience. Oh, and the fog looked great. That thing is such a wonderful mod that Frontier should be ashamed of themselves for not already doing that. This video reminded me of your arcade from the PC1 version, I know of some rather amazing workshop assets that I'm sure you've already found. I'd say more but I need to go play some Eurythmics now, that tiny snippit ended too quickly.- Copper Creek

I agree with you on all the reasons not to use that mod, and I am nervous. That's kind of why I put this version on the workshop, so that I can say I shared one version of the park before I corrupted the whole thing and gave up. I guess I wouldn't be the first person to start a YT series for a park build, and certainly not a forum thread that ended up being abandoned before completion. But I'll try and remain optimistic that I'll finish this since I feel like the end is somewhat close. I didn't know that about the ini file, I will change that immediately. Thanks!- Copper Creek
Thank you for mentioning my ZZTop gnomes, the YouTube comments seem to be all about the boat gnomes. It's funny what turns into gold sometimes 😄 Thanks JB. There's def a few things I would do differently with the area, mostly with that boat ride. The track is WAY too long (hence no boring POV's in this one.) I should have stuck with the Disney Storybook boats layout like I did with the train, which would have eliminated the whole "moat" thing and even open up some more room for other stuff. I did toy with trying to put a quick lift hill/drop section but even that ended up taking way too much space. Now that I'm playing with mods more there may yet be a solution that gets peeps to ride this, or maybe Frontier will just give us the boats we want (that at least 3 major Disneyland attractions have.) Hope I didn't convey that I'm removing Gnomeland, I just meant that little children's theater at the end because I want to put a large restaurant on that space. I spent way too much time lining paths and water with those rock pieces to redo any of that, another reason why I didn't change the track of the boat ride. That bus is an actual transportation ride from the base game. Unfortunately it is plastered with Frontier characters on the outside that were difficult to hide. It's a good thing this game lets us attach scenery to rides.- Copper Creek

Wagi's obsession with Wanda is bordering on unhealthy. She may need to get a restraining order against him, which I imagine would be an ironic twist from her usual experience with restraining orders. I should have realized this was the Laserium when you posted the backstage. In my defense, I don't even remember most of what I built 10 years ago. So who are you getting to headline the grand reopening? (Protip: Youtube doesn't seem to care when channels our size commit royalty infringements. So far.)- Wonder World
Late to the discussion but with apologies to CT, I am also on team puffy letters. The color palette with the purple counter is kind of a departure from the more standard palette throughout Expo3000 so kind of makes sense to mix up the sign font as well. As the others said, those candybars are perfect. I'm sure with the scaling mod you could put names on them but even if you were good with those kind of mods I think the game gets wonky(er) when too many text signs get used too close together. Love that you are still taking the time for backstage areas and these are extremely pristine. Peeps might never see them but people subscribing to the park do enjoy exploring and finding stuff like that (and by people I mean me). What is that curved wall that Scooter is posing in front of in the last backstage shot? It's a clever detail whatever it is.- Animal World
Loving the village and seeing you excel in a architectural style that I don't think we've seen you do before, but with all the color and details that we would expect at this point. My Frontier pessimism has me convinced that exhibit sizes will not change for PZ2, at least not to make them any smaller. Sometimes they surprise me I guess. Not often, but sometimes.- Unnamed and Unplanned
