Hopefully more landscaping options are on the way, I am tired of finding new ways to re-use the few we have.Thanks. Yes, we really need some more foliage in the game. What we have now is very disappointing. Not only the lack of variety, but also the horrible LODs and the general poor look in general of most of the foliage...especially compared to PZ. Oh yes, and the gale winds that seem to be blowing on them. Just waiting for the trunks of my palm trees to snap.58 minutes ago, JB said:Umm. How does Walt Disney's Head get from point 'A' to point 'B'? More of his magical powers? That is a mystery, isn't it. Although I did establish that he is not really in the park, but in a secret control room somewhere. Which may or may not explain how he continually hacks into many of the electronic systems of the park. But it's very possible that he may have an accomplice helping him. October 17Oct 17 Author The Transportation CenterRCT3 versionPC1 versionI'm very happy with the way it turned out in PC2. This version will be much truer to the version I created in the original model. In PC1, the Transit Center interior was huge...mall sized. This version will be scaled back to the size and shape in the model. This is the PC1 version. Although impressive, it was nearly double the size of the original model, and looked nothing like it. The Auto Raceway was moved over here, so you had to enter the Transport Center to access it. The PC2 version, so far. It's much smaller, but truer to the original concept, which was based on the old Horizons building at Epcot. The RCT3 version of the fountain sculpture inside the atrium was pretty atrocious. In the abandoned Wonder World 2 project in RCT3, the fountain sculpture looked pretty good.I pretty much hated the PC1 version.I tried to give it a slight organic look in PC2 to match the new palms and foliage, new to this version. (There were planters along the edge of the atrium in the model, which finally made it to my digital version.)So there it is. I still don't love it. Maybe it needs some texture, but not possible using the art shapes. Any suggestions are appreciated. It does look nice at night, though. October 18Oct 18 The updates that PC 2 allows are really great, as is your ability to still capture the same spirit. I appreciate how close you are staying to that model you made so many years ago while taking advantage of what technology allows you to use to bring it to life in these games.
October 20Oct 20 Author The Gateway Gifts are a pair of gift shops, each located at the exit gates. I never got to building these in PC1, so this is the first version since the RCT3 build.Flying saucers, anyone? The two shops are virtually identical, except for the color change of the display props and the color of the wallpaper. October 23Oct 23 The level of detail in the shops is amazing, the giftshop has a different but coherent style. Fits very well into the area.
Sunday at 11:39 PM2 days Author The third main area of Expo 3000 is the Waterfront District, featuring the Waterfront Restaurant. The Waterfront Restaurant is Wonder World's big family-focused eatery, featuring a standard theme-park menu with reasonable prices. Nothing fancy, but affordable for families on a budget. "...if the Pirates of the Caribbean breaks down, the pirates don't eat the tourists." --Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jurassic Park)
Monday at 04:10 AM2 days Very nice! A combination of World's Fair architecture and Frank Lloyd Wright.
Monday at 05:17 AM2 days Man, seeing all these spaces come to life in the vibrancy of PC2 is such a joy. I remember how stunning they looked in RCT3, and now PC2 is just crushing it. Remarkable work, as always. Absolutely cannot wait until we get to the bigger attractions beyond the Expo area!- StickyGum32 I write sounds: www.composerclay.com

Monday at 09:42 PM1 day Love the details. Is the wall behind the condiments a billboard? That pattern really makes a statement there, as does the skylight. Love the exterior, reminds me The Odyssey at Epcot (but yours is much better looking...)

It's the same image used in the Gateway Gifts behind the merchandise, only blown up. And the exterior was inspired by the original entrance to Tomorrowland at WDW and the Odyssey at Epcot. 8 hours ago8 hr The fact that you're able to achieve this without having to import your own custom scenery makes me think perhaps Frontier was studying Wonder World when they were deciding what scenery pieces to include. Top quality work, as always.

Top quality work, as always.Thank you.You know, a lot of people are hoping for the TMTK to be added, but I personally don't think the games needs it, especially if they add some more basic shapes and make the scaling tools more robust. I never used objects from the TMTK in PC1 until I booted it up recently. And then after downloading a hundred or so objects (and making some of my own), the game became even more sluggish than before. I'm sure it has to do with poly counts being higher in TMTK objects than Frontier's. Just give us better tools in-game to create whatever we want. And honestly, what players can already create now is pretty mind-blowing. "...if the Pirates of the Caribbean breaks down, the pirates don't eat the tourists." --Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jurassic Park)
