May 1May 1 Author The Animal World Emporium - the park's massive new gift store. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
May 1May 1 I absolutely love the look of the Emporium! Moroccan maybe? Interestingly, I usually like nighttime pics more than daytime pics, but here, even though the nighttime images are nice, I like the daytime images even better. Your Emporium really comes to life the sunshine!

Your Emporium really comes to life the sunshine! Thanks JB. The Emporium is comprised of different styles, starting with North African (Morocco) and transitioning to more South African as it approaches the outskirts of the village and things get more "wild". Although Planet Zoo makes it easy with its beautiful selection of props. When I first purchased this game a while back, I built a typical zoo, and thought the game was nice, but a little boring. But since I decided to create a more theme park type zoo, I'm really getting into the game and really love it now. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
May 2May 2 I gotta say: You really know how to do gift/souvenir shops. This one looks great! Light and airy with tons of interesting merchandise. I saw several things I would like to buy! I like the gibbons and other apes on the wall art. I had to chuckle at the plump pandas sitting in the bamboo trees.
May 3May 3 That area is beautiful and the interiors of that shop are about as perfect as you can get in this game. Nice work as always.
May 7May 7 Since Wanda's breath is near 90 proof, those glass windows must sparkle...Loved the bug attack, this was a great episode!
May 7May 7 ^ With 90 proof breath, Wanda has nothing to worry about. All she has to do is breathe on the insects and they would asphyxiate! (Or at least lose consciousness). Fun video!
May 8May 8 Boy are you lucky this isn't real life. All sorts of corporate Ps & Qs being broken here. 😄

May 19May 19 Author Just a couple backstage shots...Now, I'm off to San Diego Zoo Safari Park for ideas and inspiration. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
May 19May 19 Utilitarian... nothing fancy... Just as a backstage area should be. The magic happens onstage!
May 19May 19 Author It was a beautiful day at the Safari Park. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
May 20May 20 At first glance, I thought, "Wow, that really looks real!". Then it hit me, "Oh... it IS real!". Beautiful picture.
May 20May 20 Ha - I did the same thing. I was staring going this looks so real, and a different style for Shyguy's work...then I saw the flying bird and I realized this was real!!!
May 27May 27 Author The park's premier attraction, African Adventure, is well under construction. Originally planned as a 12 acre adventure across the African continent, it has now grown to over 16 acres. It's still quite a ways from completion. This gift cart sits outside the entrance. This is a workshop item. I rarely use workshop items as prominent features in my parks, but I liked this so much I had to add it to the park. After standing in a long line and then riding a long attraction, guests are bound to need to use the potty. These restrooms feature outdoor sinks, a newer trend in theme park restroom design. Next door is a small photo spot for the family to pose in front of a stone lion statue.Outdoor hand washing is a growing trend at theme parks today. (I've seen 2 already in recent theme park visits)Obligatory restroom interior screenshot.Aerial view of the African Adventure embarking area. The Animal World Emporium is on the right. May 28May 28 Nice! After Art Deco, I think African theming is my favorite.... or maybe it's Sci-Fi.... I get those two mixed up. Love the earth-tone tiles in the restrooms.
May 28May 28 So, are ALL those pictures real? 😁Could have fooled me! Really beautiful job shyguy!Of course, I'm most impressed with the rest room picture! You know, there are professionals that can help you with these fixations. 🤣
May 29May 29 This looks absolutely gorgeous shyguy! If Animal World looks like this good in PlanZoo1, I can't even imagine how it would look in PlanZoo2! there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really
May 30May 30 Author So AI is watching my videos and understanding them, enough to write an accurate synopsis of them. I find this quite fascinating and at the same time, a bit scary. Edited May 30May 30 by shyguy "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
