How do I Install Different Cars on a CT?

For context, I've downloaded a bunch of CTs, mostly CTs made by the creator Francescoaster and reuploaded by either himself or another creator named Wilhelm1407. Let's take Francescoaster's "Attila Hypercoaster CT" for example. This CT uses creator TheCodeMaster's B&M 1st Gen and 2nd Gen hypercars. However, what if I maybe liked Parallax's B&M hypercars (just as an example) better and wanted to use those instead of the cars that come on the CT? I've tried to normal process of using CTR creator, copying over the car names I want, the track type, as well the track section names, however, it doesn't seem to be working. I even made sure to change the car names that appear within the track section names to the cars I want to use and it still didn't work. Is there a different method for doing this on a CT compared to doing this on a PEP CT or creating a CTR? Because for example I've used the Woden PEP CT and have successfully placed various cars that I like better on that track and everything works perfectly fine there. I seem to be having trouble with this specific category of CTs. 

Hopefully, that question makes sense. If anyone knows how to resolve this please don't hesitate to let me know!

Just to double check to understand what you are asking, are you trying to take a car from Custom Track A and use it on Custom Track B instead of Custom Track B's original car?

there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

Pretty much yea. I'll use a better example since the one I gave was sort of a bad one. For instance, the Great Bear Custom Track uses an old B&M Invert car. I'd like to add the B&M 2nd generation cars to that track. However, the solution doesn't seem to be as simple as it's been for me with previous Custom Tracks. Like I've mentioned previously, I've changed out the cars on the Woden Custom Track and didn't have any issues. However, the difference between the Woden Custom Track and a custom track like the Great Bear Custom is the Woden Custom Track has you build your own coaster with custom track pieces. Whereas the Great Bear Custom Track is one of those custom tracks where you simply just place the track pieces in order until it's complete and you're just essentially placing the pieces to a prefabricated coaster. It seems that placing cars on this type of Custom Track is different than placing cars on a Custom Track like Woden

To change the cars on CTs, you need ctr-creator V.1.

Go to Tools > Recover lost BahnDaten.txt from Ride.ovl

Navigate to Tracks\TrackedRides\ and then to the CTR folder of the CT (not the one starting with TrackCTR or it won't work), and select the ride OVL.

A CTR bahndaten will be created in the same folder, move it to the CTR creator folder, open it in notepad or your favorite text editor.

Change the car names as usual.

Find these lines (should be 57-89) and delete them.

If you don't remove these lines, the ride will work, but peeps won't ride it as it will rate 0 in the Excitement/Intensity/Nausea ratings.

 

Save the file, and run it trough CTR creator. It should work fine.

 

Warning: don't leave the CTR bahndaten file inside your Tracks\Trackedrides\CTR-MyCtNameHere\ folder, doing so will cause CTR bahndaten to build the ovl files in a sub-folder of that same folder, causing duplicated entries in the coaster list and/or game crashes.
