May 29May 29 This is looking pretty fancy! Looking forward to more! there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

May 29May 29 Author First update from my park. In the pictures you see the two restaurants with waterview! The building with red tones is a counterservice restaurant where you can get burgers! The other restaurant is a ala carte restaurant with high service and great food and drinks. More pictures from the inside will come up soon. The second picture is from the inside of the counterservice restaurant! In will be working on being less square. In my opinion i could do better with less hard angles. Also i might change the colours of the walls from the ala cart restaurant. What do you think? Offcourse there a burgers!!!
May 29May 29 I can’t imagine how much of a pain it was to place all those little pieces of scenery in those eateries 😂 The detailing looks awesome!

May 31May 31 Author Big update! I have been working hard last couple of days. for now i am building up the entrance area. I thought it would be nice to share some pictures how build up and landscape my park. I am pretty happy with the results even though the area is far from complete! Feel free to give me some sugestions. My insperation comes mostly from the Efteling in the Netherlands and Disney Paris but i also do just what feels good and looks nice in the game. Feel free to give some sugestions! Also i am open for feedback or help. first picture is the start of the area Second picture is with some pavement and some soil. I was not happy again because i felt it was to square again. I tried some things but coudnt find it and didnt had the skill to make it more smooth.. i kept trying though. The third and fourth picture is with some threes and a test with some lights. Still SQUARE!!! i kept trying! The 5th and 6th picture are with some threes and i managed to smoothen the pond a litlle. Since i know now how to do it i will smoothen up the paths a bit more also. I also started building with the entrancebuilding. The area is based on the entrance of Disney Paris with the pond and the big entrance building. The building will be the entrance butt also the premium hotel of the park with the highest service level!
June 1Jun 1 The entrance is looking great so far! Do you have reflective water turned on in your graphic settings? If you do and the water is not reflecting, it may be too shallow and you need to lower that ground just a little bit more. Reflective water can really bring your park to life.
June 1Jun 1 I like the start of this project. From the looks of it, this park is going to have a lot of landscaping and be organic in its layout. I absolutely love how you are showing your process with the entrance, and I only want to see more.

June 1Jun 1 I like this, I even said, "Oh wow", out loud to myself. I like how the plaza has a modern vibe, you know, like those modern square-looking houses that are usually black, grey, and white. They tend to have pretty yellow lighting, with large windows as well. That's what I was reminded of looking at this and seeing that those are pretty rare, so it's a nice touch. I absolutely love botanical windows. They also remind me of the library from Between the Lions on PBS. and for some reason Naboo in Star Wars. Looks fantastic! Edited June 1Jun 1 by Xecronius
June 2Jun 2 Author A nother update!! First let me introduce my self a litlle more. I live in the Netherlands and i am playing this game since it came out. Before i played RCT 1 and 2 also. I preferd playing RCT 3 since the start because in my opinion there is more freedom plus in the years after all the custom scenery. The game has been changed by the community to a real pease of art in my opinion. I have serval other theme park games but it doesnt catch me that much like RCT 3 does! The update: I have been working hard on the entrance and i am pretty happy with it. I will write some more below at the pictures. I got 6 new pictures :) The building is far from finished but i will get there. Like the other updates feel free to give me any advice!! i am open to learn new stuff and i appriciate the feedback a lot! Picture 1: Here you can see the layout. Lots of work with the internal roofing though! Picture 2: Same but with lightning Picture 3: Here the internal roofing is closed. It comes together a bit more. Picture 4: The inside! Here you see a ticketbooth and all the way at the end some turnstyles. Also the effect of the internal roofing comes out just how i ment to. pretty happy with that. Picture 5: The big hall! Is it me or do you get a Grand Central Station kind of vibe seeing this? Picture 6: A nice overview of the building. Not sure if i keep all the external details though. Looking at this picture the green details on the top arent fitting enough in my opinion.
June 2Jun 2 That main hall entrance looks great, love the small lake/fountain you have too - I know from experience how hard it is to get that shape just right, hahaLooking great so far, great updates! there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really
