Looks fantastic! Too bad you can't add mirrors so everyone can admire themselves! 🤣

Great idea. I needed something for the other wall. 😉

Work continues on the second floor of Lafitte Castle.

This was Timeless Treasures, a small souvenir shop.

JQtzkry.jpg

It has been refurbished and now is another WONDERful Memories DigiPass Outlet. Mr. Wonder is really pushing this concept.

As with the other outlets, you can buy your choice of digital photo packages...a single-park one day, multi-park one day, or annual multi-park package.

Across the way, there was originally a restroom facility. As there are now restrooms on the first floor, these have been removed...

...and replaced with a spacious Conference Room.

You've got a nice view of the downstairs atrium from up here.

You certainly have a knack for making the various locations look attractive and beckoning. I'd like to walk around that second floor and look down at the atrium. I'm a little foggy on what the digital photo packages are, and how they work. How are they different from guests taking their own photos with their own cameras?

The packages include unlimited photos taken by park photographers and on-ride cameras. All photos are uploaded to your package's account and stored in a digital album. Some parks offer other extras. Disney offers "Magic Shots" that incorporate digital elements like Disney characters, animated effects, or props into your pictures. Wonder's "WONDERful Memories" also allows you to add any of your own personal photos to the digital albums. If you don't buy a package, you have to pay for each on-ride photo separately as well as photos taken by park photographers.

$30 bucks and if you read the fine print Wonder owns the rights to use your photos for advertising purposes forever.

Wonder's "Magic Shots" are likely all different poses of Mr Wonder (there's no need for any of Wanda, people can take all the photos of her passed out next to a WonderWorld trash can themselves...)

It's great to see you're still in the game! I just registered a few minutes ago and it brought back memories of your previous projects.

It looks like you’re continuing to create parks. I really like the idea of a conference room—I've never seen something like that before, but it’s such an essential feature for a park. The level of detail in the last picture is fantastic. I really love it. The souvenir shop looks good overall, but I’m not a fan of the drawers on the right side—they seem a bit too big. Also, the objects above the drawers, I can’t quite make out what they are.

This was a cheap refurb of what was originally a poorly designed gift shop. The objects above the "treasure chests" are descriptions of the different packages you can purchase, which I've shown twice already in my other threads. So I didn't bother to show them again here. This hotel is part of my Worlds of Wonder Resort, which is comprised of 5 parks built with 3 different games, all being built concurrently. There will be a Magic Memories shop every park. You can check out this project here if you like. https://parkcrafters.com/topic/518-worlds-of-wonder/

Work nears completion of the second floor.

nNaDztw.jpg

There are a couple of deluxe hotel rooms on the second floor. And nearby, is the Ramparts Coffee Counter.

EmxxLZO.jpg

The Ramparts Coffee Counter is literally a small hole in the wall, located outside on second level of the castle.

YlTjJQs.jpg

It's a small, secluded area, situated far away from the hustle and bustle of the lower level of the resort.

While historians know little of the life of Jean Lafitte, there are accounts that he married a woman named Madeline Regaud around 1820. History gets muddled even further here at Lafitte Landing, with this new food spot possibly paying homage to his possible spouse in which she possibly opened a baguette stand to help finance his pirating expeditions. (Mr. Wonder came up with this sh*t, I just post the screenshots)

I love pharmaceutical snacks! Very nice Shy! I'm not sure if you have checked out my latest project, Disneyland Adventure on RCT3? I love this though. Planet Coaster with it's realism is too much for it's own good, I love it! Amazing work, friend.

"a couple of deluxe hotel rooms". Hmm, I hope the insides of the rooms are more modern and upscale than the outsides. I like the composition of the Ramparts screenshot with the umbrella in the upper left corner.

"Mr. Wonder came up with this sh*t". Ha! I love how you absolve yourself from the antics of your characters. "Don't look at ME, I didn't do it!"

The condiment stand: I get the red (ketchup) and yellow (mustard) dispensers. But what is the light blue (Maybe it's white?) dispenser? Mayo? Horseradish? Elmer's glue?

Lol! Blue is usually Mayo, but it could be horseradish... Ya never know! JK! Haha.

It's white. And it's mayo. The blue tint is because it is in the shadows vs the napkin dispenser, which is in direct sunlight. I actually think I colored it pale gray, so I could always change it to pure white, so not to confuse those who are so easily confused. 😛

I showed photos of the deluxe rooms earlier in this thread.

Yes. I is easily confuse.

"I showed photos of the deluxe rooms earlier in this thread". Oh yeah. Those were the rooms with the pirate paintings glaring down on the guests?

The eyes move and follow you around the room...or maybe that's Wanda spying?

That's why they are 'Deluxe" rooms...the regular rooms don't have that sort of high class amenities.
