It's just been an empty shell. I am expanding it because what is planned to go inside needs a larger space. "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
March 24Mar 24 Author There was a small nook that hadn't been filled on the third floor, so I added a small arcade. And on the top floor, the Grub and Grog Tavern is complete. This takes up nearly the entire fourth floor and will be a major attraction at Lafitte Landing. More pics coming... "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
March 26Mar 26 Author So in another thread, I spoke about making the videos more serious and toning down the silly humor. Umm, sorry... Edited March 26Mar 26 by shyguy "The squeaky wheel gets the kick." -- Minsc (Baldur's Gate)
March 26Mar 26 Really enjoyed this! I actually LOLed a couple of times... and I was the only person in the room. Love the idea of working the gags in while giving us an informative tour; the best of both worlds! Hilarious interaction with the animatronic guests; that one 'guest' shorting out caught me by surprise! And the running gag about bumping into oncoming guests was great. Thanks, shyguy.
March 26Mar 26 Hank and Irma...at first I thought ol' Hank would be the one who's a few fries short of a Happy Meal, but Irma...whoa! I suspect we'll be 'running into' these two with more little Facebook tours of lodging and restaurants there.. At least it gives Wanda a night off, although she might take a gander at those restaurant patrons, she always seems to like the strong, silent type, maybe one will 'spark' her interest?
