OK, now you've stumped me. I never watched this show, although I know the gist of it. So... I like the Penny Marshall and Penny Lane references. And sitcoms like to use that kind of humor... [JB flips a coin... the coin lands on its edge... a crow spots the shiny coin, flies down and snatches the coin away. JB doesn't have any more coins to flip, so he takes a completely random guess]... D: They never said

Fans spotted her last name on a UPS box in one or more episodes and it said "Teller".

Penny Teller, get it?

The producers said no, only a prop dept. thing, not official. So, officially, D: They never said.

Extra Credit Question 56: TV Question (while the other one is still open)

What TV family was the first to own a computer on screen?

A: The Addams Family (The Addams Family)

B: The Keaton Family (Family Ties)

C: The Huxtable Family (The Crosby Show)

D: The Taylor Family (Home Improvement)

Pretty sure it was A: The Addams Family.

Didn't Gomez have the New York stock exchange computer in his playroom? Or something like that?

While I'm MUCH too young to ever have watched it on TV back then (ahem...), I know citytrader's been around since the invention of the printing press, so if he says A: The Addams Family then who am I to argue?

Well, I'm gonna argue! Yes, Gomez had something, but I think it was just a stock ticker tape thingy. And those things have been around since citytrader's childhood (or even mine). I'm pretty sure "Alex" (Michael J. Fox) had a computer that he used frequently in the show, so that's what I'm gonna say: B: The Keaton Family (Family Ties)

Correct answer for Question 56: TV Question

What TV family was the first to own a computer on screen?

A: The Addams Family (The Addams Family)

During the nineteenth episode of The Addams Family, "The Addams Family Splurges," Whizzo is introduced to the world. Having been built by Gomez and his son, Pugsley, Whizzo resides in the Addams family's playroom. In this specific episode, he's used to calculate the cost of a family trip to the Moon. Then, in usual Addams Family fashion, Gomez uses his beloved computer to predict the winners of horse races for the vacation budget.

Whizzo would be featured again in the second and final season of the series. The episode "Gomez, the People's Choice" features the Addams family as Gomez enters the race for their town's mayoral seat. During this episode, beloved Uncle Fester moves Whizzo to the family's living room to act as Gomez's "political machine." Luckily, the computer seems to help Gomez in his efforts, as he almost gets elected as the town's mayor.

Question 57: TV Question

Every single sweater that Fred Rogers wore on Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood was hand made by….

A: The show’s prop manager

B: His mother

C: Designer Yves Saint Laurent

D: No one in particular

Oh geez... another one that leaves me totally stumped. [JB tracks down the crow that swiped his shiny coin a while back, steals the coin back, and flips the coin]... The coin says: B: His mother. (If I'm wrong, it's the coin's fault!)

You know, I have no idea, but they operated on a shoestring budget, so no prop dept.

Rogers was around a lot longer than any fashion designer, so nix Saint Laurent.

His love of compassion and pure love leads me to his mother, so B: His mother.

Question 58: TV Question

What is the actual name of the Shaggy character in the Scooby-Doo cartoons?
A: Jimmy Shags
B: Steve Shuckers
C: Norville Rogers
D: Norm Mandeling

You're trying to drive me crazy with these obscure questions, aren't you!.... Well too late, I already am! So there!classic_tongue

Again, no idea. D: Norm Mandeling

One guess is as good as any other on this one I think...so I'll go with C: Norville Rogers...just to be different and cover the bases.

And it's no wonder he goes by 'Shaggy"!

"Zoinks!"
