Hello from Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kelsey, and I've been playing management/building-type simulation games ever since I was in kindergarten. RCT3 is my favorite in that genre, but The Sims 3 is a close second.

I've never really been part of an old-school-style forum like this one (I didn't even join any social media at all until a few years ago), and I feel like I've severely missed out on all the early 2000s individual websites, as opposed to almost everything being centralized and corporate nowadays. As such, I'm excited to be here, and ParkCrafters seems to be a very nice community!

I noticed that a lot of other user-intro posts on here show off their in-game creation skills, but I'm honestly not the best at actually making things. I prefer to do silly stuff, like some good ol' Peep Bowling, or just trying to glitch/break games (which RCT3 is surprisingly resistant to, especially for a 3D game released in 2004! Sims 3, on the other hand...)

I have a YouTube channel, and I write fanfiction on Wattpad and Quotev. All three of those accounts of mine will always stay PG or PG-13, but most of my stuff is PG. I won't link to them directly right now, as this particular forum section isn't really the place for self-promotion, but you may see some of my content in other places on this forum.

My non-gaming/non-writing hobbies include roller skating, digital art, and listening to 70s/80s rock music.

You're always free to share whatever you make from our main hosted games such as RCT3, Planet Coaster, Planet Zoo, RCT 1 & 2, etc on their respective forum categories. For everything else, you can always share them on Community Chat or if that content if from a specific game then in the Other Games category. If you create anything art-related, be it digital or real life, you can always share them in our art section here.

It's cool you're into writing fan-fiction. I've been dabbling a little in that myself on Ao3.
