September 17, 20231 yr Author Just a slight update, I’ve been working hard on The Siren but my family is in town last week and this week so I don’t have my laptop with me to work on it. Maybe when I get back home next Saturday, I will be able to put out a picture or video for y’all. Just wanted to make sure y’all knew this project wasn’t dead, haha 😊

November 25, 20231 yr Author Haha, the fountains were nearly half done when I finished the lasers. Also, the lasers helped me a little on deciding fountain movements and took out the experimentation.

January 16, 20241 yr Author Okay, hopefully the final update before release. I had to take a break due to the holiday season and working at Magic Kingdom. I’m currently working on fine tuning the show and making sure that it is up to my standards and getting feedback from a couple people to have fresh eyes. Final recording should be happening soon!

January 21, 20241 yr Ahhh!!! You don't know how happy it makes me to see a Bookworm traditional pyro show complete with a custom set, soundtrack, and story in 2024!! This reminds me of the old vPyro days so much! Congratulations on finishing your next monster of a project! The show itself is beautiful! A big kudos to Kablary for helping you record and edit as well, the 4K footage makes these shows so much nicer - it's a total game-changer! I know how much of a pain it can be to record and edit a show of this magnitude but Kablary nailed it out of the park! The colors, sweeping camera shots, music, the set change are all so beautiful. Some sections gave me major Sanctuary vibes! The choreography at parts did feel a bit segmented, like clear cuts and starts for sections but that is nothing compared to the beauty of the rest of the show. This is currently going down as one of the best pyro shows in ParkCrafters history! Again, congratulations on completing The Siren! Can't wait to see what you have planned next! January 21, 20241 yr Mesmerizing... literally! I may not know much about the RCT3 Mixmaster and custom fireworks/particle effects, but I know 'good stuff' when I see it. And this is very much 'good stuff'! To say that it is excellent use of all that RCT3 has to offer doesn't do the show justice. Thank you, and Kablary, for giving us this gift.
January 22, 20241 yr Bookworm, it was such an honor and a sheer delight to be able to help you record this show. I've had the unique privelege of being able to see The Siren from several different angles - ya'll cannot comprehend the depth of this set and the choreography! If the EV award still existed, I'm sure you'd have another winner on your hands. And while I appreciate the kudos from fellow viewers, all the praise belongs to Bookworm! It's his mastery of color and composition that really drives this show home. You could know nothing about the story and still be absolutely enthralled by the fireworks, fountains and lasers. I sincerely hope this production garners the attention it rightfully deserves. You don't have to like fireworks, theme park sims or Disney music to appreciate The Siren. It's just that good. Something, sometime, eventually...
