  1. Scream Machine | Custom Arrow Looping Coaster Scream Machine is a custom Arrow looper that I made with the goal of: (A) Creating a medium sized Arrow layout, and (B) Building the lift to be parallel with the double corkscrews. For the loop and corkscrew supports I used SafariJsArrow Pack. Most of the scaffolding supports I made with a combination of the following CSO sets: CSF's I Beams Moby's Glasshouse and Frameworkx Shyguy's Water World Pt 1 CoasterFeakers90-Mega coaster Connectors Techno-CE-ArrowFooters GRP B&M Catwalks.
  2. The supports do take eons to make lol. The CSO I'm using is CFS's Steel I Beam set, Moby's Timber, and BigBurger's Timber sets. I hadn't really thought of a story yet since it started as more of an experiment to see if I could actually make it look decent. lol Splinter does sound like a good name for it. ?
  3. I know this probably isn't what you're looking for. However I don't really know of any bigger Custom Flat Rides carousels or any that bigger or more detailed that the CFH one... I saw this where someone used various pieces from the ShyGuy's mainstreet set to create a double decker carousel that looks pretty nice. ? I made a partial mock up using the CFR carousel to get an idea of the dimensions.
  4. I've seen the concept of an inverted wooden coaster before. I decided instead of doing that I would attempt to make an inverted RMC concept coaster. The coaster starts by climbing up the first hill that is mostly made of wood. The trains then descend down the first drop which is supported with metal truss supports. I opted to use these on this section so riders would be able to get a sense of height before plummeting down into the relentless foot chopper supports. I've included a Cobra Roll, a Corkscrew, and a Double Barrel Roll Finale, for my inversions. I don't have the supports down to an exact science, so I'm still working on what looks under supported/ over supported . As of this date 6/10/23 I do not have a name for this coaster. Suggestions are very welcome!
  5. Thank you! I think the Rake is probably one of my favorite woodies I've made. It definitely looks better at night. I think when I remaster it I'll probably extend the tunnel to the lift. I hate how small I made it lol ? I think I might make it part rock part wooden. Maybe like an abandoned mine shaft. Then add some mine scenery around the tunnel.
  6. I know I don't have the fanciest of specs. Hoping to add more RAM and upgrade my graphics card. Though I may just build a new PC? Idk but here are my specs: Computer Type: HP Omen 880 Processor AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 3.00 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 2TB SSD and 2TB HDD
  7. Raptor | Intamin Suspended Looping Coaster I made Raptor using the in game impulse trains and I opted to use the Track 5 Add-on CT set for the track. While I wasn't able to make barrel rolls exactly like Intamin's, I was able to make some barrel rolls using this CT set. I did my best to try to replicate the style of supports Intamin uses on their SLCs using Moby's Steel Jungle.
  8. Thank you! I really like it when coaster entrances and exits interact with the tracks. It definitely makes the ride more exciting, and it makes waiting in line far more interesting.
  9. Please tell me you have a YouTube video of this park! It looks incredible!
  10. KAZE 風 | Vekoma Custom MK900 CT Kaze is a remake of a very old project that was lost when my original YouTube got deleted. The original coaster was made with Track11 but this time I opted to use one of the Pep Team CTs. (TrackCTR_ML06FamilyRCProfileV) Kaze is probably one of the most realistic coaster's I've made in RCT3 and I hope to make a 4K remastered POV someday.
  11. Awesome! Lol somehow I missed that. ? I updated the first post of the thread and title. ?
  12. Thank you! I used a bluescreen chromakey background box but I can't remember who made it. I'll see if I can find it on ShyGuy's world. Also I had a question/ thought. Is there any way to edit posts? I was thinking if there is I could change the thread title to something else like My Past RCT3 Projects from ShyGuy's World, or something along those lines. Then I could just post all my old projects here and not litter the forum with a bunch of threads for each old project of mine.
  13. Hey guys! In this thread I'll be posting my old RCT3 projects from Shyguy's World! I've also added a table of contents with links to each project. Just click one of the hyperlinks below to jump to that project. 🙂 𝕋𝔸𝔹𝕃𝔼 𝕆𝔽 ℂ𝕆ℕ𝕋𝔼ℕ𝕋𝕊 Roller Coasters Thunderbird | RMC Hybrid Coaster CT ⬇️ Is within this opening post ⬇️ Kaze 風 | Vekoma MK900 CT Raptor | Intamin Suspended Looping Coaster Scream Machine | Custom Arrow Looping Coaster Falken | GCI Wooden Coaster Grizzly | Arrow Dynamics Terrain Hyper Coaster Black Widow | Maurer Söhne X Coaster Hex | Chance Rides Hyper GT-X Cyclone | Dinn Corporation Wooden Coaster Predator | B&M Inverted Coaster Huánglóng 黄龙 | Gravity Group Wooden Coaster Mind Bender | Intamin Custom Looping Coaster Dullahan | CCI Wooden Terrain Coaster Highland Rumbler | GCI Wooden Coaster Dragon Force | S&S Launch Coaster Niniu | Floorless Maurer Söhne Concept Rush | LSM Intamin Blitz Vortex | Arrow Pipeline Coaster Phantom | B&M Floorless Dive Machine Leviathan | Arrow Looping Coaster Wilderness Run | RMC Hybrid Coaster Amalgam | Wooden Hybrid Concept The Rake | Creepypasta Story Themed Gravity Group Timberliner Coaster Delirium | S&S Multidimensional Coaster Canyon Blaster | Western Themed B&M Floorless Coaster Thunderbird | RMC Hybrid Coaster | Samplerocker's Track11 Add-ons with Parallax's RMC CTR This is a project I posted on Shyguy's World back in 2020. Thunderbird is a RMC I-Box Coaster, however I had to use the Track 11 expansion set by Samplerocker to make it. I used a combination of BigBurger's Timber set, Moby's Pinewood Supports, and CSF I-Beams to make the custom supports.
  14. This has always been one of my favorite screenshots that I've taken in RCT3.
  15. Absolutely stunning! ? I was never able to get the hang of the fireworks editor so I'm super jealous of your skills. ?
  16. Thank you OldBones! It's funny I didn't do a ton of planning when I built it to be honest. I actually went through several drafts before finally finding a layout I was completely happy with. And detailing the ride was a challenge, but I'm happy with how it turned out. When filming with cheat engine whether you're filming with 30fps or 60fps, there shouldn't be any frame loss. By filming in slow motion at x0.25 speed you make a lot more frames than normal, so when you speed it up x4.0 there shouldn't be any lag. It's a technique I learned by watching some Planet Coaster tutorials. As for sound lining up with the sped up footage, I generally will make scenery, tracks, rides, ect invisible either in the LOD options or with the toggles. I usually turn off all anti aliasing and shadows anything that will slow the game down. Then I just record at normal speed, and everything generally will run smooth enough to line up. Then you just line it up in post. Also you can place speakers around during this step (this will let you use music and sound effects in specific spots). Speakers won't be seen since this step is only going to be used for sound. I usually don't do it all in one pass but that's just personal preference. I usually do one pass for track sounds, one pass for on ride music or park music ambiance, and lastly one pass for any extra sounds that I want to fade in and out seamlessly (such as rushing water, waterfalls, flat ride sounds.) I've subbed out some of the flat ride sounds for PlanCo sounds or sounds from footage of rides on YouTube. That being said I do add a lot of sound directly in post beyond these steps, as there are limits to this technique. For example, the lift sounds and brake sounds aren't in game, even with my sound replacements by FranceCoaster. Also I usually add my day and night ambiance directly in post. I've been intending to make a tutorial on video and sound editing, it's just finding time to do it that is hard. I am going to start a new tutorial series soon starting with B&M layouts. I figured those are probably one of the more popular coaster types in RCT3. I'll probably do other layouts after doing a supports tutorial. So I'll have to work in sound and video editing somewhere lol.
  17. I recorded it with my Nvidia Shadow Play at 60fps. I used cheat engine to slow the record speed down to 1/4th the games normal speed, then sped it up in post. I used Topaz Video Enhance Ai V1.2.2 in order to upscale the video to 4K. I'm hoping to one day buy a 4K monitor so I can actually record in 4K, but that will require me to also manually enter the game resolution in the options txt file. I'm planning on making a video tutorial on making smooth videos and the best ways to get smooth povs. ?
  18. The Beast is my love letter to the defunct, Big Bad Wolf, at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Virginia. I worked on this for a very long time and I hope you guys enjoy it. It is by far my favorite RCT3 creation I’ve ever made. With it being the last coaster I posted to Shyguy's World, I felt it was only appropriate to make it my first post here on ParkCrafters. I created the coaster using SampleRocker's Track5 Add-ons, and Francescoaster's Arrow Suspended CTR.
  19. I know I'm the one that submitted this file for reupload, but this was actually created by djF. I do appreciate you adding the tutorial I made though! ?
