OpenRCT2 — Image to Custom Object — Art Study/ Tile Placement Study

Featured Replies

I've recently discovered some tutorials on YouTube, that explain how to create custom objects in OpenRCT2 — one of which is a image to custom object tutorial. However the tutorials didn't exactly explain tile placement, and none of the old forum posts I found elsewhere explained either... So to try and satisfy my curiosity, I decided to do an art study. This is a bunch of sample BMP files I made and imported into the Object Editor. I overlaid the BMP files over the screenshots for further analysis. While I haven't figured out the exact science, due to it being late at night and the end of a long work week... I thought I'd share none the less. Perhaps others can weigh in on this topic.
