August 2Aug 2 SO, someone asked about posting PC2 discussions in the PC1 forum, and would that be allowed...and the mod (Heather) answered..."All communication for the game will be on Discord but you can discuss the game in the PC1 section. Just know that it will not be monitored by Frontier, only one of us moderating it. I won't be deleting them as off topic so you're free to post there"This whole thing is so weird.
August 2Aug 2 Hi everyone,I got back from a 2 week holiday yesterday and to my surprise Frontier closed their PC2 forum in the meantime!I really hope this is not the first sign of support and development for PC2 getting worse.Anyway, glad to join here and to follow things over here!
August 2Aug 2 I also noticed the international languages subforums still have Planet Coaster 2 sections. For example, the Planet Coaster 2 thread in the German subforum is still open.It is weird.

It made no difference to Frontier if they kept it open or not. But when things turned dark over there, they shut it down to stifle its critics and keep the negativity from spreading. Yes, they most likely want to get away from the old forums format, but as long as the other forums remain positive, there's no need to close them and piss off anyone else. I mean, the Planet Coaster 1 forums are all but dead, but still remain open. They also serve no purpose, but as the few posts they get over there are quite benign, no need to close it. The international forums look to be pretty dead, so again, no need to close them. On Discord, it 's very hard to have a serious conversation, especially a critical one, as the fanboys over there attack anyone with anything negative to say.
