OK SO...I haven't touched this project since MAYBE 2020, but probably 2018 - that was the last time I updated the original thread over on SGW. Truthfully I blamed my lack of work on the closure of our vpyro/RCTLounge successor, The Creator's Lounge. Or maybe I was just lazy or swamped with work. Yeah, I was probably just lazy. 

BUT I will proceed. Somehow, someway. Maybe in a truncated version that isn't 7 minutes long? As long as I finish before 10 years have passed. 2026 - that's the deadline. 

Anywhoooo, here 'goes ~

We follow Max, a lost and tortured warrior drifting aimlessly among the wasteland. We enter his subconcious, discover what has driven him to madness, and fight with him as he battles the scum of the desolate Earth. For Max, it's just another day....

Soundtrack is attached. 

I feel the first step is to completely re-do the audio. The music comes from the Fury Road film, and the spoken word and storyline comes from the Mad Max video game. I may not have access to the orignal soundbytes from the Mad Max game anymore, but I'll find an alternative.

Talk about a trip down memory lane.. I remember when you first started working on this. Super happy to see you're back at it again and I'm extremely excited to see updates! Can't believe I'm reading a forum topic in 2023 for an RCT3 pyro show.. it's been so long 

The choreography teaser looks awesome, will you be adding lighting in the future as well?

Let me address the bolded portion first: All I've done is repost existing progress from 5 years ago. I haven't really crept back in...yet. BUT I WILL. As for lighting, you bet! I'm crap with the lasers and such, so I'm actually looking forward to reacquainting myself with them. I was really hoping your tremendously amazing pyro effects would just mask any lack of lighting thus far

Either way I'm excited to see what you'll do! If you need any help with pyro, lasers, etc let me know - I've already had a couple of people in this community show interest so I may make some new tutorials soon. Working on getting everything migrated over before ShyGuy's World closes down then I can maybe write up some stuff. I'm also currently working on a new show that I'll post soon but after that I do plan on creating a new pyro pack!

This is actually a really cool concept!

The set is already an added plus in my books for its uniqueness.

I see this show has been a WIP for years now, but I'm glad you're still interested in finishing it.

I've been feeling super invigorated with the new computer, now finally having the processing power to use Adobe's nicer editing softwares like Audition and Premiere Pro. This show has been in "produciton hell" for several years, and like the vehicle driven by Max in his namesake video game, it is my Magnum Opus. So without further adeu, may I formally reintroduce.....

 

The soundtrack has been completely redone from the ground up, incorporating new storytelling elements from the video game and adding enhanced sound effects throughout. If you've got a capable sound system, turn this track up!

I haven't abandoned Bites O' Fyre at all, but I got the creative urge to redo this soundtrack and I didn't want to sit idly by while that bug was bitin'!

Oooooo, can’t wait to see how this turns out!  I, too, will get a burst of inspiration for another project and have to work on it.  Just be careful!

Totally get that! At the moment, I've put my RCT3 stuff on hold because I've got the KSP bug again... but sooner or later I'll be back to RCT3 again.

It's always exciting to see someone with so much passion, especially on the project they view as their favorite and best, immediately get to work and just overall sound so excited about the project they're working on. I definitely know the feeling of starting a new project and wanting to drop it all and work on it, haha. I'm excited to see updates to this - this project has always been THE kablary project and it's super cool to see it pop up again and being worked on again in 2023. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT YOU DO WITH THIS, especially with that nifty new compy of yours.

That last warning got to me!  Haha, no worries - this is very much simmering on low heat on the back burner.

Thanks for those awesomely kind words, Wolfie! It is kinda funny how it's become my one project to rule them all. I better not screw it up

Technically, I've mapped out my next 3 shows after the Bites series...  But so far, the only work I've done for this is remaster the soundtrack and whip up a new logo. Eventually I will have to completely rebuild a new set!
