July 30Jul 30 Good day to you all!For the last few months my buddy and I have been slowly chipping away at a resort park. As you are probably aware, the UK is getting it's very own Universal Studios Resort and we cannot be more excited that it's actually happening.Naturally, we wanted to build one together with a decent level of detail.This is all WIP. The Park contains Blueprints that we've modified to fit our needs and the space. The park file itself is a starter map from Shiftzie which I have edited to fit the UK setting a little more. (I also really didn't want to build a full car park and road network again...)To start you off, you will arrive at the Resort via some very unassuming parking gates.This area is in no way complete...Pulling under the exit bridge you are met with an excellent sign (from the workshop) that will hopefully get those butterflies going for the day/week ahead.The car park is massive, as you'd expect.There is also ample bus parking for coach trips and local buses.This is where I will leave you for today, the Car Park entrance towards the Entrance Plaza. We're doing our own thing on this one.Let's take your through the City Walk.Early morning sun casts some nice shadows over Ticket Plaza and Studios Entrance.The City Walk has a body water that was intended to serve as transport but that plan was dropped. The water remains as a nice natural barrier to the rest of the site and the City Walk.This is the flagship UK Theme Park, yes we're going to have a Greggs shop.Yes, we're also having a Spoons. Their politics are trash but £2.99 pints are hard to beat...There is a City Walk classic here too. Bubba Gump. City Walk hosts the only UK Blue Man Group show. Four shows a day.We've even got a Hard Rock Cafe with an epic sightline of one of the Studios rollercoasters... more on that later...Phwooooooar, check out that supporting.More soon... YouTube

The main layout isn't done yet as I realised it'd box us into the park and we don't want that. The Glass Structure is from a UOR Blueprint that I've edited and made fit our space. It's something that resembles one. 12 hours ago12 hr Author Hard Rock CafeOur Hard Rock Cafe is based on an old blueprint I had in another studio park. This one we wanted to make more Mediterranean and interact somehow with the Hard Rock Coaster that's in the Studios.The foyer gives an incredible view of the spike.Customers can benefit from quick serve points in the Cafe too if they only want a quick bite, they can also enjoy a full sit down meal...Just some context for you.Yes, the tophat is not supported here...
