It's Wolf Tenor!

Featured Replies

Had to come over to see what all the fuss was about. And I certainly wasn't going to let Dutchie steal all the limelight.. Cant wait to see what projects everyone shares.

If you don't know the entire libretto to The Pirates of Penzance...trust me, you will soon.

Welcome the One, the Only (because he holds a copyright...) Wolf Tenor in the house!

(Line to purchase 8X10 glossies or for autographs forms on the left...no crowding please...)

Ah! You are "the Very Model of a Modern Major-General". classic_smile Welcome to ParkCrafters.

My reputation proceeds me. Along with other sundry associations...

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there. You're as welcome as can be!

Okay, so It's not Gilbert and Sullivan. Cultured I'm not. Someone will have to fill me in on Wolf's reputation. I had no idea of his celebrity status.

If you ever get a chance to follow along with the backstory to Fisherman's "Rose Lake Park" project in PC1, your eyes will be opened to the history of Major-General Stanley Wolf, who bears an striking, yet strangely odd, resemblance to this Wolf Tanner person.

Purely a coincidence, I'm sure... https://roselakepark.blogspot.com/2020/02/blog-post.html

Somewhere in the bowels of Fishermans RCT youtube channel is Rose Lake Park, Episode 3 - part 1: 1910 - 1919 about time stamp 17:59, In which we find the Major General in all his glory performing his signature song on stage. It's but an abbreviated version unfortunely, as we were worried about copyright. You would have to download that version of the park to hear the entire song.... The all animatronic production features original vocals by myself from a production of The Pirates of Penzance (Sin City Opera ) from 2018. That entire production is on you tube too...where in all my sparkly jacketed glory you can see Wolf as the Major General. This is my preferred version of course....

And for a really deep dig , we did a blog with the history of the park from the founders and friends perspectives. It got really silly and went off the rails numerous times. Written by Wagi, JP and myself. The issue with the blog is that it would post the newest first ,so to read it from the beginning you had to dig backward, if that makes any sense. its still there. roselakepark.blogspot.com

Yes, Wagi pointed that out to me and I did check it out, but found it confusing to navigate. I'll try going backwards this time. 😁

Hey, there's some literary treasures buried in there, even if you have to read it backwards...just think of it as "Manga for Idiots"...I do.

Here's an example:

Now if that ain't Pulitzer Prize worthy, then I just don't know what is...
