  1. Got a little boost of energy this morning and finished out the lighting and water fountains for the first section of the show! I’m planning on getting some screenshots tonight to post later 😊
  2. Ooo, those are pretty! Can’t wait to see those fountains in motion!
  3. Looks good so far! I can’t wait to see what you do with the center area with the lagoon. Are you going to try and put a show in there?
  4. Okay, cool! Can’t wait to see what you do with them! 😊
  5. What laser school did you attend? Clearly I need new updated lessons, haha. That was so much fun to watch! The colors, the energy, the sparkles, everything looked awesome and really brought that set to life!
  6. Love the look of the set! Do the four towers in the back serve any specific purpose? They don’t seem to fit the feel of the rest of the set. They just seem kinda rigid compared to the flowy feel the rest of the set has. Very interested to hear the music and see how it plays with the set. I see lots of potential!
  7. Aww, thank you 🥰. I actually work at Disney World, so I’m there all the time as a guest as well as a cast member. I’ve been an Attractions CM since 2016. I’ve operated 13 attractions (4 of which were opening teams) and have worked in all 4 of the major theme parks at WDW.
  8. Would you believe I do all my shows on an ASUS laptop that I bought in college back in 2012?🫣 I purchased a desktop four years ago but the game always crashes when I reach a few to many particles. It doesn’t even lag first, just crashes the game. But my laptop has held on strong! Takes time to boot up and load the park but it works, haha.
  9. I just realized that I never made one of these on here and some of you might not know me. I joined vPyro back in the dark ages of 2009 and knew absolutely nothing about making and recording shows. I didn’t even know about custom content. All these years later, I still don’t know much but I have figured out enough to make some decent shows. I’m still in denial that I’ve been doing this for fourteen years. Anyone that knows me for any length of time will also know that I am a Disney fan, obsessed is putting it mildly. Combine that with an obsession with firework shows and you have my entire personality. When I’m not in the parks or watching a firework show, I read…a lot. Anyways, I am loving getting to see old friends and faces (changing your names is really throwing me off when responding to stuff 😜) and I can’t wait to get to know all the newer people!
  10. Okay, I gotta know, how in the world did you get it to expand like that? I dread to think what some of my shows look like in that format 🫠
  11. It makes me happy to see so much interest! No, it isn’t a remake or inspired by n7’s show but I will do my best to show him up 😜 This is my first show in a while that isn’t from a Disney show so all I ask for is patience while I get my “original show” gears going again. Anyways, a little info on the show and it’s story! Set Design: The set is actually a set I worked on with MGL back in the day for my sequel show to Poseidon’s Battle. That show was very…ambitious and I gave up on it. But the set lives on! Story: The Siren has long been thought of as a creature that would tempt and kill sailors at sea. But what if that was only part of the story? The Siren is a tale of two sisters and a sailor that comes between them. One is filled with love and the other is filled with hate. Deceit, love, and passion weave together as the legend of The Siren is born.
  12. Every myth has a strand of truth... A daughter of Poseidon fell in love with a sailor of the sea Her sister, filled with jealousy, disguised herself to trick and drown the sailor. Watch as a myth unfolds and tells true story of The Siren
  13. Those look so good!!! Each one makes the set look and feel different.
  14. I like doing lasers before pyro because it gives me an idea on what I want to do before all the lag comes in to play. The screenshot looks great and I love the set!
  15. Wow, that was great! Loved the energy and movement throughout. I also love seeing some of the more fantasy-like effects being used. I know back in the vPyro days, it was frowned upon but I have always loved them. I also really liked the depth of your set and how well utilized every piece was.
  16. Happy Early Halloween! This is the last of my shows that I have released in the last couple years. From here on out I will be putting out new projects with a few possible exceptions later this year. Enjoy!
  17. Aww, thanks. I actually have three layers of mortars behind the castle, similar to how Disneyland does it. I just play around with which layer to put an effect on so that it doesn’t overwhelm the set itself. With the mines and fans, I know MK has 4 or 5 on each side so I try to match and seems to work well enough, haha
  18. Wow, this looks great, Anon! It’s broken down very well and feels super accessible.
  19. I made this for Walt Disney World’s 50th last year. It uses the opening, closing, and Moana section from the actual show. I had a lot of fun with it and I hope y’all enjoy!
  20. I know, I know…another show?!? I promise, I’m almost done. I only have two more after this, then it will actually be new projects. Brand New Day comes from Tokyo Disneyland and is their firework show/theme song for their 35th anniversary. I made this show while waiting for Disney to announce the return of firework shows to Disney World. This show was pure escapism for me while had to wear a mask and face shield every single day while working at Rise of the Resistance at WDW and longing to see fireworks again.
  21. Usually to do anything CS related, you need the sketchup file and colors used. To my knowledge, there is no way to get that info from an .ovl file.
  22. I love the idea of blending the two types of coasters! So far the project looks good! Are you planning on doing anything theme or story related with the ride? That might help with a name ?
  23. Wow, that’s a pretty set! All 3 are good but the last one with them combined is so intricate. I can just imagine the spots for lasers and lights that will bring that set to life.
  24. Love how this is written like a history book! Very fun to look at. I’m curious where the next chapter leads…?
