  1. Love the whole car ride, very clever. Was hoping for something New Englandie!!! Seriously, like this quite a bit. Isn't the bench getting pretty big at this point? Does it still run smoothly?
  2. I can't believe that dark ride is so tiny! Very clever work. Tried my hand at a 20x20 park once, but threw in the towel!

    Would love to see them put a carousel or some other simple rides in the game (Many zoos have these types of attractions) just so we might get an idea of what the rides would look like in PC2. The Denver Zoo has a beautiful Carousel with some endangered animal "horses". It's really lovely. They used to be fairly common and were known as menagerie carousels. Oh, those were the days...

    Beautiful work as always! I guess I really need to get into this game as I'm thinking IF they get around to Planco 2, it will be more like ZOO than the first coaster game. Do you have all the expansion packs?
  5. I just wanted to mention that I am humbled to be nominated in several categories, especially since Wagi does most of the work! Seriously, it is an honor to even be nominated. Good luck to everyone!
  6. Some excellent questions! Yes, indeed, Wagi made the bubble, and that is actually a Cinderella figure inside it, but good enough to suggest Glinda, don't you think? Just noticed the donkey and the fence post! Too funny! I used that angle for the picture on purpose, of course! 🤣 Actually, a turkey plays the piano. The chickens fly. The twister is indeed a workshop item. The gray swirling cloud is from the Ghostbusters pack. Looks great!
  7. One of the smallest areas of the park is the Gale Farm. Let's take a look around, shall we? At the end of Main Street is a small meet and greet area. Right now, Glinda and her bubble are available to greet guests; As we head east, we can see the farm just down the road; One of the full service restaurants is located here at the farm, Aunt Em's Country Kitchen, serving a full selection of down home goodness! Toto's Animal Revue is an interactive show with lots of trained barnyard critters to amuse and excite the kiddies; A fun spin and puke called Zeke's Barnstormers fills a corner of the farm; A small farmer's Market. Looks like bad weather on the horizon!; A root beer stand; "Somewhere over the Rainbow" The Gale farmhouse. Think there's a storm brewing!; Dorothy! It's a twister!!!
  8. Love what you've done. Great start! I'm really looking forward to seeing retroville! Your night shots are neat. I like the contrast in the old Spanish warm yellow lights and the city stark white. If I might, love your Spanish Village, however, nothing says old Spain or Mexico better than a ceramic tile roof. You might consider using the in game ridge tiles. I know there are not a lot of pieces, but I think you'll find they look better than the shingle rooves you are using.
  9. Heading back over to Main Street; The center of town has a nice little square that features live entertainment; You can also pick up the horse drawn streetcar for leisurely ride around town;
  10. As Wagi has mentioned, we have used blueprints off the workshop, usually heavily modified by one of us. The Monte Leone shell is by 89James89, and the Waltzer below is by Fisherman, both tweaked for our purposes. Here's Marvel's Musical Waltzer; Or how about a spin on Marvel's Marvelous Wheel? There is also a full service restaurant located in the area;
  11. So everyone is probably wondering, "gee all this main street stuff is great, but where the heck are the rides?" We'll take a short break from our tour of main street to showcase one of the fun areas of the park; In the original Goddard plans, Professor Marvel's World was to be a carnival type area with lots of games and rides. Located at the west end of the Kansas area, it showcases a number of fun family oriented attractions such as Marvel's Marvelous Monte Leone; Marvel's Magnificent Carousel; Or Marvel's Death Defying Trapeze; You might even get a chance to meet the Professor himself!
  12. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said, so just reread what everybody said, and pretend it's coming from me!!! 🤣
  13. Next door is a small suitcase and bags shop selling leather goods; Then we have the L. Frank Baum Museum, with various mementos of his life;
  14. Well, any self respecting town in the Midwest is going to have a butcher! The theme park version sells jerky. But I like the idea of animatronic sandwiches!!! Continuing around the square, the imposing Hamilton's Department store;
  15. On the opposite side of Baum Alley sits the City Hall; Rumor has it that Almira Gulch is petitioning yet again to change the town name to Gulchville. Tucked away in a corner is the Candy Emporium;
  16. Another streetcar is being inspected prior to entering the park proper; Horses will be horses! Behind First Street is the storage area for street sweepers, mowers, trash removal, and a cherry picker for changing light bulbs;
  17. Continuing down First Street, there's McKenzie's Music and Kansas Travel Agency; Kansas Sporting Goods, and the world renowned Gulch Gazette; Today's edition; At the corner is a small Toy Shoppe, and the alleyway that leads to the horse barn. Thank goodness that's set downwind!
  18. Yes, he's back! (Me, of course!) Truth be told, my mother had a bad fall around Halloween, shattered her femur, and I have had to take time off from both work (no loss there) and my personal life to become primary caregiver. My wife wondered who the strange guy coming into the house every few weeks for a night and then disappearing was. I even bought a beautiful laptop to take with me so I could putter around in my free time. Never even turned it on! She's OK now, and my brother and I finally convinced her to move near the two of us, she lived five hours-three states away, and she is settled in nicely. Stubborn 90 something year old woman! Her grandmother lived to be 104, and she intends to beat her record! Told her she'll probably outlive me!!! 😆 Anyway, enough personal drama. As Wagi mentioned, I "finished" Main Street, so of course he added about 20,000 bits and pieces! Looks pretty good though! And he wasn't kidding about 400 new CS pieces, as you'll see!
  19. Been looking forward to seeing this ride sincce you first mentioned it!
  20. Looking really nice so far! One humble suggestion, you need way more palm trees!!! 😃
  21. Well, that's a few years of our lives we'll never be able to reclaim!!! Seriously, as always, it's a sheer delight working with Bob on projects. We have a great rapport, and I believe our two very different styles compliment each other well. And we both like the same sort of parks! Hopefully, you can continue to be fascinated, awed, and inspired 🤣 by our Wonderful World of OZ park, which will be consuming our lives for probably the next year or so! Wagi has already opened the floodgates on his CS making machine, and we are hard at work (well, he is anyway! There's a couch somewhere calling my name!) on the first section, bench , or park file that is already topping 200K pieces and ain't done yet! Maybe we'll finish this park just in time for PC2 and can then start all over again!!! 😉 Stayed tuned, same bat time, same bat channel!
  22. The most amazing thing about that area is how tiny it actually is. Wagi had the idea, and shoehorned it into a tiny corner of the bench. Really wondeful work!
  23. Love the monorail station! I was going to mention you might want to add a roof, then I finally noticed the glass! Old eyes, I guess! 🤣 THe skyway is very nicely themed!
  24. I looked for that charred building to no avail. Do you happen to recall what it is called on the workshop?
  25. You can use the time thingy to make dark rides go dark, but only in ridecam. Would love live shows or stadium/stage attactions. And weather!!!
