  1. One path leads from the Haunted Forest Monorail Station to the main entrance...we'll follow that one... The sounds of croaking frogs, screeching owls and mysterious howls fill the air (insert yer imagination here...). Mists swirl above the swamp... A small bridge crosses the alligator-infested waters... Snarls and low growls are heard as sinister shapes are emanating from the mist... Deeper into the gloom we travel... The path splits...one part leads to the underground dungeon's of the Wicked Witches Castle (and it's convenient elevators to the upper level...). We'll explore that route later... The other makes a stop for refreshment to strengthen your nerves for the trek ahead... At last we reach our goal...the main entrance to the Wicked Witches abode... You've been warned my pretties...
  2. Oh how cool! Great photos Wowman, I love what you did (and that mask is outstanding!).
  3. Thanks JB! Miss Gulch likely forced underage orphans to hang the signs in return for a slice of stale bread and a ratty blanket to sleep under...in the mansion's crawlspace.
  4. Back from a vacation to the States and visits to Disneyland and Knott's as well as seeing family and friends, so now it's time to pick back up where we left off... The progression of the Wizard of Oz story would have us leaving Munchkinland and heading to Yellow Brick Country - the home of the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion. But we were building each of the multiple benches out of that order. Rich has been working on Yellow Brick Country while I finished up The Haunted Forest Bench earlier. So to get these out before Planet Coaster 2 takes the spotlight, we'll skip right to the Haunted Forest - home of the Wicked Witch of the West... There's multiple ways to access the Haunted Forest, there's a path from Marvel's World in Kansas that leads through the abandoned Gulch Industries factory... One can also cross over the rainbow and find a path from Munchkinland... Or you can ride the Oz Monorail and get off at the Haunted Forest Station...if you dare... The Main entrance to the Haunted Forest is a little further down the Yellow Brick Road, near the station for the Munchkin Tours Boat Ride... We'll head there next...
  5. Currently if you search for "OZ" in the Frontier Workshop for TMTK items, it will show some 680 items. Of those 600+ are objects created for our Wonderful World of Oz project. Some good, some not so good, some with large file sizes, some meant for very specific purposes. But they are available for those who might choose to use them (Sometimes I feel like the OSUDenny of Planet Coaster - longtime RCT3 players might recall Denny for his proficiency in creating custom scenery, not all of which fit with everyone's tastes or needs but which he willingly shared for anyone who might want to use them...) I'll try to post more screenshots of the items...

    Yep, same here!

Had the same problem with some Art Deco style chandeliers from the Workshop on one of the Disney America benches made up of those lights. Individually they seem to work fine, but trying to use a group of them seems to create problems.
  8. Halloween isn't as well known nor observed here in Brazil as elsewhere. A few stores like costume shops may have displays and a few parties exist, but the whole 'trick or treat' idea just doesn't. Besides, some stores are too busy putting up Christmas decorations or displays for Children's Day on October 12th. We just spent a few weeks back in the States, and while WalMart was setting up their Christmas trees aisle, Halloween was out in full force everywhere else, but then they probably had Halloween stuff out last May. We did visit Disneyland, CA Adventure and Knott's, all fully decorated, but didn't attend any Halloween-specific after hours events. I will say that I wasn't crazy about the over abundance of Halloween-themed stuff in every single Disney shop and really not much of anything else. We came back with very few items from Disney, which is unusual in itself...
  9. I also like to download Workshop blueprints and then 'kit-bash' them to better fit into what I have envisioned. There's some really nice structures that just need a tweak or two to work perfectly in my project.

Once again the attention to the textures is outstanding, which is something you've always done well. Great work!
  11. Looks great, and I agree it could lend itself to many different themes. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
  12. Wabigbear replied to Weber's topic in Projects
Yeah...I'm hoping so too, although I'm thinking it might be down the road before they allow TMTK items in PC2. Sadly.

Wonderful job! Textures are great. Love the new used brick wall and the single brick is a great idea. The decals are really well done, nice and sharp edges and crisp textures. Congrats on a great set!
  14. As you can see in the screenshots I posted above, there is no such darkness showing on the regular version. So it might be the lighting from the time of day your game is paused at, or your graphics settings. Neither of which I can change. The regular version might also be an export setting, but I'm not sure. The lit version will usually be bright because it's set to glow at night, just the nature of the beast I'm afraid. We're heading to the States in a few days, so will be towards the end of September before I have any free time to play around with the settings on these...

Great job! The colors and textures are spot on and match perfectly! Kudos!
  16. The first two versions have been deleted from the Workshop, so you can un-subscribe from them. There's two new versions - 3D and with the darker blue circle: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3317217103 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3317219267 Same names, just with "v3" at the end of the file name. Also can be found by typing HH in the search box. The source image for the logo had a blue background, just the same color as the blue circle, thus why it didn't transfer to the 2D decal. I created a new circle shape to add to the logo and then darkened the texture. Hopefully they work better...
  17. Ok, I tried making a 3D version, was able to make it fine in SketchUp, but getting the textures lined up in Blender is more than my skill levels allow I'm afraid! If you find someone with experience importing SketchUp files into Blender I'd be happy to share the SU file and the textures. I'm testing the new versions of the 2D logos now...
  18. Não, sou um americano com visto permanente que mora em São Paulo. É por isso que meu português é tão ruim! No, I'm an American with a Permanent Visa who lives in São Paulo. Thus why my Portuguese is so bad! Vou verificar esses arquivos e ver o que está causando os problemas, então poderei atualizar os arquivos no Workshop. I'll check these files to see what is causing the problem, then I can just update the files on the Workshop. Criá-lo em 3D é mais difícil e para que fique bem você acaba usando muitas 'faces' então o tamanho do arquivo pode rapidamente ficar grande, mas vou fazer uma tentativa e veremos se consigo fazer isso ou não! rsrsrs! Creating it in 3D is more difficult and to get it to look good you end up using a lot of 'faces' so the file size can quickly become large, but I'll make an attempt and we'll see if I can do it or not! LOL!
  19. Here's the links on the Workshop: Files no longer available, scroll down for replacement 3D versions... These have the file name that starts with "HH", so if you go to look for them in game, just type HH in the search box and they should show up. Let me know if you have any problems...
  20. Okay, here's two versions of the current Hopi Hari Logo, sized to 4 meters. These are flat 2D decals. They are two sided, but only .05m thick, but the back texture is reversed. There's two versions as I enable the emissive setting on one so it will glow at night... Hope these will work for your project even if they aren't 3D or perhaps you can use them somewhere!
  21. I assume you want the new logo with the blue circle to replace the old style one with the green circle?
Apenas alguns dias... Hi Lucas! You want the Hopi Hari logo sized to 4 meters? As a flat decal? If so I'll do it for you, no problem. (Been to Hopi Hari many times...). Just take a few days.
  23. I looked at your screenshot and let my imagination run wild with what I might do... If I were to do a Pirate or Adventure -themed area, I might try running a branch of the river through where the Aeronaughts currently is to a body of water in the new area themed to look like a bay. Run your path that circles the current river to a bridge over the new branch, then along the new river branch towards the new area. You could cross the new river towards the end just to add some nice sightlines. Have either an old Spanish fort or an exotic building (Mayan, Arabian, Oriental?) that crosses that same river branch to help block views of the bay. The bay is somewhat circular, with either a volcano or perhaps a tall temple on the north (?) side. There's a coaster directly across the bay and curving along the south shore, rising above a jungle landscape, with a few small waterfalls feeding into the bay. The path would lead from the fort at the entrance, past buildings themed to a village or small town, it then passes a shorter temple or structure, then along the edge of the volcano/tall temple and the bay back to the coaster station. A pirate ship could be anchored off-shore of the town... Anyways, that's what I imagined...give me an hour and I'd likely imagine something completely different!
  24. These are the OZ TMTK items with names from A to G... Some items have emissive sections or as a whole... These are not being released alphabetically, but instead by age...the oldest files first...
