November 7, 2025Nov 7 Author Welcome to a new season here at Disneyland Resort Dubai! It is the most wonderful time of year, and the decorations are starting to appear across property while many updates are taking shape. The classic red and green banners return to the entrance gates. One change this year is that the Christmas tree moved into the park within Main Street. Previously, the tree would sit outside the park for all to see.Walking into Main Street will be an interesting experience for a bit as we make changes to the area. These changes are expected to be complete by early 2026.The return of Mickey And The Magician is the biggest change and addition to this version of Disneyland Park. With this hints that the refurbishments will be geared to be inspired by Main Street found in Magic Kingdom. The previous Disneyland Paris Main Street buildings will be seen in the future 😏.The Car Barn (Created by CaptainEO) now sits on the other side of Main Street with the Dapper Dan's being moved to be adjacent to the Emporium. This is to allow for the Emporium to be expanded. Along with this, City Hall and the Fire Station will be near the Car Barn. To celebrate the season, garland and wreaths were hung above Main Street. Since we do not have the Festival Of Fantasy, we are able to keep something close to the original decorations 😉.The Emporium expansion is very similar to that found at the Magic Kingdom. This will allow the Emporium to be functional as opposed to being a facade.More construction walls sit at the end of Main Street near the hub. The intentions are to create seating areas for Casey's and the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor. Getting the hub to be less of a concrete jungle. To end the update, a classic shot of Cinderella Castle. Soon in real life, the castle will be back to its original color scheme. A very welcome decision to many fans.
November 23, 2025Nov 23 Author As of this weekend, Main Street will be seeing a much larger rework than anticipated. This rework involves adding more details, reworking path covers, and other elements to improve the area. I am excited to share the changes here soon, those who saw livestreams taken within the park were able to see the refurbishment go into full overdrive.

Can't wait to see what else you come up with. I still would say, wait till December for the Christmas theme, lol!
November 24, 2025Nov 24 Author As announced yesterday, Main Street is under a major rework project. To coincide with this, here is a partial reveal of a completed section. Many tests to determine path width, path color, and location of details took place. Town Square is currently under heavy refurbishment to get the details of the Town Square Theater and surrounding areas prepared. The intention is to work the front half of Main Street first and then keep progressing further to reach the castle. From there, the existing design of Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland will be evaluated and more than likely be reworked to reach the same level of detail. Main Street is going to set a new standard of park crafting in my recent projects and aligns with the park getting older by the day (along with the game itself).
November 30, 2025Nov 30 Author Happy Sunday everyone! Imagineers are hard at work getting the next version of Main Street ready for guests with new additions and some returning to Disneyland Resort Dubai. Soon, guests will be able to enjoy Mickey And The Magician and dine at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. This Main Street will be one of the most detailed versions in the park's history. Work is expected to begin on the other side of Town Square to include more detailed piece-by-piece builds and guest services that previous versions of Main Street were lacking. Below is an overview on the progress of the Town Square Theater. This version is the largest and most detailed as many reference images have been used to get close enough to the real version found at the Magic Kingdom. Temporary fences are found to the right, which will lead to a gift shop and the exit of Mickey And The Magician. The current focus has been the exterior of Tony's Town Square Restaurant and the surrounding areas. I am excited to show more in the near future, this build is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
December 21, 2025Dec 21 Author Another visit to a magical place. The holiday season is a busy one in the real world, but soon we will be in a new year which will mean a new year of magic! Park enhancements are continuing at Disneyland Park, even outside the entrance gates.Design teams created a walkway that adds a park-like atmosphere that is before the main entrance. This is also a buffer for crowd control in the mornings. The main entrance will see a similar refurbishment to enhance the guest experience and align with new building standards that the rest of the park is receiving. The main entrance has not changed too much in the park's 8-year history.Main Street station still welcomes guests to the park. This building has seen minor changes to only add more details during its history. The area that has seen many changes in its layout and its detail is Main Street. Currently under the most extensive enhancement project, Main Street will mix Paris and Florida's versions. Some decisions have been changed since the last update, and the current focus of the design team is the Town Square Theater.Town Square Theater will be the home of Mickey And The Magician, a show from Walt Disney Studios at Disneyland Resort Paris (soon to be Adventure World), and Tony's Town Square Restaurant. These additions will be the first to open in early 2026. What is left is the right side of the piece-by-piece build to include the exit and gift shop from the show's theater, details for Tony's Town Square Restaurant, and placing the stadium CFR and food/beverage stalls. Landscaping will be reworked after the Christmas tree is placed backstage. The next piece-by-piece builds will be City Hall and the Firehouse, along with connecting buildings. These buildings will be of the same quality that is found at the Town Square Theater. The remaining sections of Main Street require reworked paths, curbs, and path covers. Details such as trees, lighting, and trash cans are being added as construction progresses further down the street. This will evolve into the central hub and surrounding areas being reworked to lead into the remaining lands. The plan is after Main Street down to Cinderella Castle is complete, either Adventureland or Tomorrowland will be in the development phase. Tomorrowland has some progress, but what currently exists does not align with the building standards being pushed in Main Street's refurbishment. I am excited to share more of what is to come and cannot wait to see the finished areas in the near future.
January 24Jan 24 Author Happy Saturday! The park-wide refreshment project is going into overdrive into 2026. Recent updates to the park include new path covers at the main entrance and the long-continued Main Street enhancements which will be further discussed in this update. The main entrance received new path covers to match those found in the path that leads from the guest spawn point. Most of the path covers have been replaced except a small section to the left after the magic band touch points.Once past Main Street Station, guests reach Town Square. The Town Square hub is complete after many iterations of planter geometries. From above it looks like a face, but that is only from birds eye views 😉.The new Town Square hub is a MAJOR improvement when compared to the versions that existed before. When the park first opened, Town Square was not a thing. The park felt pretty cramped and the Main Street was not a full Main Street, featuring a fraction of the buildings present in this version of the project. To go with the Town Square hub, the Town Square Theater is now showing Mickey And The Magician, direct from Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris (soon to be Disney's Adventure World). Curtain Call Collectibles opened with the show and is located at the exit of Mickey And The Magician. Currently being finished is Tony's Town Square Restaurant. Tony's Town Square Restaurant in terms of the game needs food and beverage stalls and minor interior details that will be at the same level as those found at Mickey And The Magician. All exterior work on the building is complete, the interior details are minor and are limited to floors, railings, curtains, and white walls (the magic of RCT3).Town Square Theater in this version of the project is also the most detailed version I have done to date. This is probably one of the best exterior piece-by-piece builds I have done in the time I have played RCT3.Near the Town Square Theater is the Main Street Water Dept. These restrooms fill what would have been a brick wall and planters to hide an empty space. This also helps protect the Main Street sightlines from the larger Tomorrowland buildings that dominate the skyline such as Space Mountain and Mission Space.Walking down Main Street guests will see the enhancements continue. Center Street is the current focus as the progress goes down the street. Cinderella Castle went to a version of the previous color scheme recently. The gold accents on the wall tops were omitted. The pink and gray colors were reapplied along with some gold accents on the main towers. The castle has been an interesting design choice in this project. When the park first began, the intentions were to use Sleeping Beauty Castle from Disneyland Resort Paris. That decision quickly evolved to Cinderella Castle with the classic color scheme which has changed throughout the years to include lighter spires, the pink walls, and multiple color schemes. This color scheme reversal comes at a time when many design decisions are being made. The Main Street enhancement project continues. Town Square only has City Hall and the Firehouse left to be made once the Town Square Theater (mostly Tony's Town Square Restaurant) is complete. The completion of Town Square will allow for the end of Main Street to continue redevelopment to lead into the hub. The central hub has always been tough to get the sizing just right, so that will take a bit of time to prevent the hub from being too large or too cramped. The Main Street overhaul project completion will then allow Imagineering to decide which land to move on to. Adventureland and Tomorrowland are being looked at first before moving on to Fantasyland which will be the largest area in the park.Ideas are coming and going but this project will keep moving forward much like the real-world parks.
January 27Jan 27 I'm happy to see some updates on Main Street, I know we've discussed a lot on how to improve this. Glad to see a more manual and detailed approach to your Main Street, it's already looking like it's paying off! there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

Watch your favorite stories come to life down Main Street with dazzling costumes, high-energy choreography, and unforgettable “magical moments” you’ll treasure forever. The memories will come alive starting June 5.Huge thanks to @C O N S T E L L A T I O N for making this milestone creation for RCT3. I am looking forward to your future creations.
March 12Mar 12 Author I have returned from a "research" trip to Walt Disney World. I took many pictures and saw a few new things. I am already making big changes across Disneyland Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios that I am excited to share in the near future.
April 8Apr 8 Author Time for another update at one of the magical places found on ParkCrafters. Disneyland Park has been under heavy redevelopment and Main Street has been the primary focus of the current work for a few months now. Progress has finally made its way down the street and down to the redesigned hub in front of Cinderella Castle.Opening up the update is the typical sight of Main Street Station. Not a functional train station like other parks, but it still evokes that magical feeling guests get when they enter the gates.Town Square is mostly complete other than Tony's Town Square Restaurant and the left side buildings (City Hall, Guest Relations, Fire Station, etc.). Design teams have shifted the focus to more infrastructure to help support the upcoming parades (yes plural). Main Street itself is complete in its refurbishment to include new pathways, foliage, and other details. For RCT3, the forced perspective effect of Cinderella Castle oddly works when looking down Main Street. The colors were recently reverted to be similar to what is currently being wrapped up in Florida. The hub has finally been redesigned. To account for daytime and nighttime parades, the redesign was focused on space for the floats to go through the route. Then the focus shifted to seating areas for the Main Street restaurants. In the above shot, there are some areas that still need path covers and other details. The goal of including the seating areas was to break up the hub more and add realism. The seating area near Casey's Corner was inspired by the covered seating area in Disneyland Paris that was done in recent years. One of my favorite shots as seen above, was taken a few days ago when the first seating area was completed near the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor. Design teams were in shock over at how the area was starting to look in comparison to older versions of the center hub.Now the hub is in its final stages of completion. Ready for celebrations, parades, fireworks, and more Disney magic for guests to enjoy in front of Cinderella Castle.
April 8Apr 8 Updates and Main Street are looking much better now, great work! Now let's see a show over that castle 😉 there's this illusion of the reality, but it's not really really real, like it's beside and inside and inside and beside, but never on top.. nevermind, just kidding but not really

April 12Apr 12 Author On this magic night, A million stars will play beside us, Cast a spell of light, Glimmering, shimmering, carousel-ling 'Round the world tonight, A symphony in SpectroMagic. Pure enchantment lights our way!I am happy to announce Spectromagic will be making its triumphant return to Disneyland Resort Dubai. Thanks to @C O N S T E L L A T I O N RCT3 will have Spectromagic. Disneyland Resort Dubai recently received the first floats to test the parade path and the park's operations during the nighttime parade. When this project started in 2017, Spectromagic was only seen in poor Photoshop edits and was part of the story of the park. Now it will fill the streets with light and music guests will love. Its return will take place this summer!
April 12Apr 12 Author Video test of the Spectromagic floats received yesterday. Received were the floats that had the spectromen and Mickey Mouse. Edited May 9May 9 by Cody
April 12Apr 12 Author Spectromagic testing is in full swing. More floats are on order and under heavy development by @C O N S T E L L A T I O N . The current floats in possession have been traveling down the parade route. The full parade route will be longer to accommodate the much larger final version of Spectromagic.
April 12Apr 12 These look great! Thanks to Constellation. I suppose the peeps pay no attention to the parade? Maybe there is a 'fireworks' box that can be checked in the Importer to make the peeps stop and watch. Although they would probably look up into the sky, like they do with the fireworks shows.... Stupid peeps.

April 15Apr 15 Author Welcome to the splendor, the spectacle, the sparkling sensation, where the comedy and thrill of Disney fantasies come to electric life. And now, Disneyland Park proudly presents, in a million points of musical light, the magic worlds of Disney...in SpectroMagic! The time has come to reveal when Spectromagic will be making its grand return to Disneyland Resort Dubai. Thanks to @C O N S T E L L A T I O N , RCT3 now has Spectromagic. This is a huge achievement that in the 20+ year history of RCT3 I did not think was even possible. Back in 2017, this project said Spectromagic would return in some form. That form was through Photoshop which was used heavily for projection mapping and other fun things to add to the park. In 2026, I am pleased to announce that the park has a physical Spectromagic. From concept to reality, this parade consists of 10 CTRs to make it work. 10 within a span of 3 months, @C O N S T E L L A T I O N congrats on a job well done!It is my great pleasure to announce that on May 30, 2026, Spectromagic will make its grand debut to guests attending the 2026 ParkCrafters Awards After Party at Disneyland Park. With the delivery of the floats, the park did a trial run of a majority of the floats ready to roll down Main Street. This is a really long parade and timing each CTR was a thing of magic in itself. Technical issues resulted in only 6/10 of the CTRs behaving. Previous tests seemed to misbehave more, but the scale of this parade is massive. The current parade route will cut through Adventureland before it is redeveloped and will be altered once that area is complete and the parade route is more clearly defined. Main Street and the hub will be the main viewing areas for Spectromagic and Disney's Magical Moments Parade which debuts on June 5. It will be a summer full of magical moments and new entertainment, I am excited to keep working on this project. March 2017 is when this project started and it has now grown to a much higher standard than I could have ever thought of.
April 16Apr 16 Truly amazing! It occurs to me that maybe one way to get peeps to stop and 'watch' the parade would be to add a fireworks show, maybe just water fountains. Time the MixMaster show to coincide with the parade and place the fountains (or whatever) next to the parade route at a strategic location. Peeps will watch the MixMaster show, but it will look like they're watching the parade. Keep the MixMaster show subdued and sort of out of sight so as not to compete with the parade. This would probably work but it would have to be a really loooong MixMaster show!

April 18Apr 18 Author Who needs sleep when you have parades testing? Well, not just any parade, Spectromagic!
April 18Apr 18 Im not sure if this is a "me" issue or not, but i am from the UK and all pictures uploaded on this project are saying "content not viewable in your region"Which is a shame as i enjoy seeing peoples progress photos and videos :)Are you using a file uploading service or directly on this site? 🤔 Also can anyone else from the UK confirm this is happening to them too?
