God, once again so very good.. I am afraid I will keep saying this with every update.

It's just so .. Immersive. Realistic. Perfect amount of detail without going overboard. Just, wow.

Thank you! If you keep repeating that with every update, it tells me I’m on the right track 😉😉

It’s very easy to go overboard with details, especially since most of the parking area needs to look functional. Because of that, it can quickly appear empty. In the beginning, I found that challenging as well, since it looked a bit plain.

  • I probably say this every time I post on your projects, but some shots look real! Are you a city planner or just that good at realism?

In the previous episode, I worked on the salt spreader; the next attachment for the truck is the snowplow. This snowplow is equipped with an integrated lighting system. Because the plow blade partially or fully obstructs the truck’s standard headlights, additional lighting is necessary to ensure adequate visibility and safety during snow removal operations.

The details on the floor and the walls have now been completed, marking an important step in finishing the area. The next stage is to work on the ceiling. The first step is installing the ceiling itself, followed by the lighting.

These elements form the foundation for the remaining details and will ensure proper visibility and atmosphere in the garage.

In this update the ceiling receives additional technical detailing with the installation of a fire sprinkler system. Elements like this are commonly used in real parking structures and make the environment feel more authentic.

This is absolute crazy, insane level of detail. I look at your pictures the last past 10 minutes and there is so much detail and realism. You thought of everything. Even the speed stops on the ground or facility items are in the garage. I like the fact that the garage is not straight, it´s a little bit curved, there is so much depth. And the ceiling is superb. Most of all people only would build a boring ceiling with nothing, this is so often the problem - the ceiling problem - but you did the perfect job. It is so authentic.

At the beginning of the garage build, I originally planned to keep it straight. However, I changed this at the last moment, which created more depth in the design. The additional details I added help to enhance this effect. At the same time, I deliberately kept certain areas more simple, which actually contributes to a more realistic appearance.

Initially, I also ran into an issue with the ceiling, as it looked rather plain and solid. Fortunately, the garage allowed for a more open structural approach. By adding elements such as a sprinkler system and drainage pipes, I was able to break this up, resulting in a much more dynamic and realistic overall look.

The final objects for the parking deck are being placed. The jet fans provide ventilation by removing exhaust fumes and other harmful gases. In case of fire, they help guide the smoke towards the ventilation system. Above each parking space, indicator lights show whether a spot is free or occupied, perfect for quickly finding a space during busy moments.

To access the next parking level, the existing parking garage ramp needs to be modified. After this adjustment, the ramp can be used for the entire parking garage.

I can't imagine how difficult and painstaking it is to get every single thing lined up properly so it can just be duplicates for upper levels.

Copying the floor itself isn’t too difficult. The only downside is that I have a second parking garage, and transferring everything over to that one is much less enjoyable.

To improve traffic flow, the entrance and exit ramp was designed with a raised curb along the roadside to better guide vehicles. The area has been further enhanced with additional detailing. Guardrails have also been installed at several parking spaces near the ramp to improve safety.

With every update, the parking garage keeps getting better and better. The ceiling now has so many details that I could look at it for ages. The road markings and those little cones are also very realistic and well placed. I think the ramp is really awesome as well. I like it a lot again.

Thank you so much. I'm glad you like the ceiling. It certainly wasn't easy to add enough detail, especially given the large surface area involved.

This is the layout for the secondary stairwell. As the spawn point will be situated here, I needed a practical way to keep it out of sight. To achieve this, I decided to integrate a storage room into the design.

Upon further review, I found that the space around the staircase, both at the upper and lower landings, felt somewhat cramped. I plan to address this in the next update, where I will also start working on the detailed finishing touches.

I liked how you did your stairs, using the metal ones as templates for spacing.

The idea was well intended, but several steps of the metal staircase were not properly aligned, which meant my staircase was not entirely accurate either. As a result, I had to make some adjustments.

In this update, I further detailed the secondary stairwell. Particular attention is given to fire safety, lighting, and way-finding, as well as a custom-designed railing for the staircase.

At the moment, I am working on the layout of the main staircase area, where the elevators are also located. For now, I am mainly focusing on the overall structure and positioning of the area before adding smaller details and decorations in later updates.

In this update, I built the elevators. The doors remain closed because this is the location where people can access the next floor. The elevators have also received several additional details.

The main staircase has now been fully developed and equipped with various detailed features, including lighting, fire safety systems, and other functional elements. As this area experiences a high volume of pedestrian traffic, I chose to place the seating areas exclusively along the walls. This keeps the circulation route spacious and easy to navigate, while still providing visitors with comfortable places to sit and relax.
