Moving over to the left side we have the arch entrance to the Roman side of the park.

There is also a park gift shop on this side. It is operational, but not detailed inside.

The coaster then heads out towards the back corner of the park where it loops around and heads towards the battlefield.

    Headed to the battleground

  • Entering the battle zone where the three coasters collide. This is the only section of the other two coasters that is completed as I needed to do that for the overall look.

What will the rest of this park look like? Well here is a high level plan for rides.

- The white lines are the existing entry plaza branches that we have already looked at in more detail.

- The lighter blue area are planned lakes, ponds and rivers, but these will be modified as items start to get added.

- The pink squares and circles will be flat rides, again subject to placement as paths and scenery get added.

- The yellow lines will be two dueling coasters of sorts where the Greek and the Roman gods will battle in the middle at the back of the park. I may even add a yellow coaster from the Norse god into the mix coming up from the center of the park.

- The purple square on the far right will be Mt. Olympus and hold the coaster station and other stuff...maybe even an indoor dark ride.

- The other purple box will also be a dark ride of some sort.

- The green lines in the right/center will be some other type of dueling coasters between a Norse and Greek god.

- The red lines are a planned dueling water ride/water coaster where the Roman and the Norse gods will be at odds.

- Each area will also have a small coaster if I can squeeze it in themed to that area...like the blue lines in the Roman area.

- also plan on having some transport rides to help guests get around faster as well, but those are not in this plan.

 - Also not on the plan are shops and restaurants as I will figure those out as I build.

Oooh! I like the concept of the various cultures' gods battling each other in dueling coasters!

We'll see how it turns out. I plan on having smoke, water, fire exploding in the battle area. I have the general main coasters laid out and built, but doing all the fine tuning and smoothing and its taking me forever. I always want it to be too perfect, so I may have to dial back the perfection else I will never get to theming them.

Really interesting concepts!  Looking forward to how you create it as you go along!

I will have in progress photos and video as I go along as much as I can. I have a bunch of real life going on right now so finding play time is a bit scarce so taking way longer than I want.

here is what the park map is looking like with the water added. Still need to move terrain around and figure all that out. BTW the coasters are just blueprint place holders to draw guests into the park for now. they will not be the final coasters or placement.

Starting to build out the terrain for Mt Olympus on the Greek side of the park. I will not be going to high as we don't want to make guests climb up so high. I will have the coaster station on the top as well a few other items. I may also add a transport ride of some sort to aid in guests getting up and down the hill.

Here is the  main layout of the Greek 'battle' Coaster. I'm calling it Zeus's Thunderbolt. It is a launch coaster with I believe has 4 launch sequences to get through the whole ride. The far left side of the coaster is where it will interact with the other two coasters and battle it out for that piece of land.

The launch will propel the train up and over a huge hill and start the journey towards the back of the park. There is also the large hill at the end of the ride before returning to the station.

So, I'm guessing the guests will not like walking uphill so far to get up to the top of Mt Olympus where the station will be for this coaster, so I added a transport gondola ride to aid them in getting up (and down) the hill. Initially I couldn't get anyone to ride this no matter what I did, but now a few guests are using it. I have started theming it since I did this screen capture.

Sounds like the same issue we had in PC1. The guests view transport as a ride, not a conveyance to take them where they want to go. Do the guests make round trips, or get off where you want them to?

Wagi and I ran into that all the time with Disney's America. Sometimes, they just would not go to some areas unless they could walk.

Let us know how that issue works out. Maybe the addition of scenery or other attractions will help.
