  1. As I mentioned last time, I've placed some clutter in the restaurant area. The layout of the second floor is also visible. This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor. This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor.
  2. The restaurant has an open ceiling, which gives it an industrial look. Work is being done in various places, including where the kitchen will be installed. In the next update I will add some more clutter, because I think it is a bit too empty.
  3. Yes, the safety regulations sometimes don't make things nice 😉 Luckily for you, I won't be finishing this project in terms of finishing. So the drop ceiling stays that way. The industrial look is indeed very trendy. According to the lore in this folder, the office area will be neatly finished, and the restaurant will have an industrial look, only the walls will have a different color.
  4. In this update I create the layout of the restaurant part. To make room for the fire escape, I had to shorten part of the office space.
  5. The interior of the office section is now decorated with building materials and construction equipment. The suspended ceiling has already been installed and they are now working on installing a partition wall.
  6. Thank you. I think you will also like the upcoming updates.
  7. The exterior is in the finishing phase. The windows and stones were placed in this phase. This also means that work can be done on the inside because rain can no longer enter.
  8. Thank you. This building will not be brutalism. Personally, I don't like that either. I think that is very rare in the Netherlands.
  9. This will be the final layout of the ground floor. Two offices and a reception area are located on this floor. For the restaurant I still have to create space for the toilets, kitchen and bar.
  10. Thank you. Yes, details complete a project and also make it realistic. I no longer keep track of the piece count. The PC is not going to like that 😉 I don't mind at all that you say it often. Thanks 😀 You can do so much more with Planet Zoo, but I haven't had to deal with this yet 😉
  11. The part I'm working on now will be the office block and a restaurant. The layout is as follows. The square part with no ceiling will be the apartments, the part with the high ceiling will be the restaurant and the rest will be the office block.
  12. The underground parking lot is now also decorated with details. There are a number of activities to see. This is also the last step of the underground parking lot.
  13. Thank you. The color scheme is actually the underlay for the final color(s) The pipe systems is indeed the ventilation system, but also a fire sprinkler system.
  14. I decorated the storage boxes with a ventilation system and sprinkler system. A number of pipes for the ventilation are already ready, for when the last walls are built.
  15. This is City Skylines 2.. Just kidding 😀 A city environment does indeed give a better look to a park. Especially since you can't hide everything. The only downside is that it takes so long.
  16. Even though the buildings are what I've built so far except for that petting zoo. completely unnecessary for the zoo. Will it give the zoo its own character in the future? I had already expected that someone would get a sense of a prison. I totally agree with you too. I also get this feeling. Because I work ahead in terms of videos, I already applied your idea of the colored walls. I almost forgot about the storage boxes too. Until I saw the drawing of the building. Even though the building I make no longer resembles the building that is built in real life. At the moment, this building is also just a drawing.
  17. I have divided the underground garage to place storage boxes for the residents of the apartments.
  18. Thank you. The rainy environment has indeed finished a very nice mood. It is definitely recommended to play it more often, even if you don't build a zoo. Thanks, then you haven't seen the inside of the hotel yet (tall building in the background) 😉
  19. The walls have now been provided with a smooth concrete layer. I think this looks a bit nicer. The pillars have also been placed, which is also useful for measuring the distance of the parking spaces.
  20. My new project will be a construction site where an apartment complex is being built. The layout of the apartment complex cannot yet be seen because this can still change due to the underground garage that I am currently making. This is because the stairwell and elevator shafts can still be moved.
  21. Yes, unfortunately the walking distance of the peeps is very short, so they unfortunately walk the shortest possible distance. Yes, I also use this to lure peeps, I also use mermorial signs, I bury these under the ground. Thank you, I try my best to make it look as realistic as possible
  22. The foliage and misplaced bicycles are placed around the fence. The self-cleaning toilet has been placed, normally you don't see it very often in Dutch cities. I only did this so that the peeps can walk in different directions.
  23. Thank you. Yes, I also really like to add very small stories and small details. Thank you for this nice comment. Yes, in real life, playgrounds can indeed be very creepy. And these are indeed very good locations to hang around and deal drugs. So this could indeed be a very good route for police patrols. Thanks 🥰
  24. Part of the fence now surrounds the city park. The entrance to the city park also has a gate, this gate is now there for decoration and actually no longer has any added value for the park. A number of street furniture have also been installed.
  25. In the latest update, the cinematic camera has been added. This made it a good time to make a drone tour through the map.
