  1. The front of the apartment complex has now also received its windows and window frames. Additionally, two balcony railings have been installed for the apartments.
  2. The rear side of the first and second floors is now equipped with window frames and a door to the terrace. A transformer house has also been installed. The front still needs to be dressed up.
  3. Here is the layout of the second floor. It's an unusual layout because from left to right, it goes as follows: apartment, entrance hall, sleeping area of another apartment, and the upper floor of the restaurant.
  4. The layout of the ground floor has been determined. From left to right: the bicycle storage, entrance to the apartments, shop and brasserie, and the stairs lead to the terrace. Because this is an unusual layout, I need to create the second floor first to be able to add details.
  5. Thank you for this very nice comment. It also doesn't seem pleasant to me to stand on a scissor lift, especially not on the extended platform. I also really enjoy creating these smaller details. It makes the project much more realistic and adds character to it. In the future, there will be even more smaller projects. Thank you for this comment. It's true that most of the objects I have created are indeed crafted piece by piece. Even though this can be challenging at times, especially with the (too large) pieces provided by Frontier. I also hope that smaller pieces will be used in future games. That's correct; I do use a ruler to determine heights roughly. I also often use the 1m, 2m, and 4m bamboo pieces for measurement; these pieces make the building process easier.

  7. The final step is the decoration of the terrace of the office block. The established company has already placed several objects, like an outdoor office/relaxation unit and a logo on the building and the reception area. The name of the company is a thank you to @ZSHplays for featuring my map on his YouTube channel.
  8. Thank you 😀. That depends on what I'm building at that moment. I usually construct it in half a day when I'm working on an episode. The entire map is as old as Planet Zoo.
  9. On the roof of the office building, ventilation systems have been installed. These are intended for ventilation in the offices and the restaurant. Additionally, the finishing touches are being applied to the roof covering, so that a number of solar panels can still be installed.
  10. Thank you. And more details will follow.
  11. The interior of the top floor has been completed. This is where the server room, archive room, and the executive office with a meeting room will be located. Additionally, the fire escape has been extended to the roof.
  12. The highest point of the office building has been reached. The layout of this floor is not yet completed, but I have changed the layout of the floor from the previous update.
  13. On the fifth floor, there are several meeting rooms and a cafeteria. This floor is also connected to the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the layout of the floor yet, so it could still change.
  14. I have installed the third and fourth floors. The machine room for the restaurant's ventilation system is located on the fourth floor. The shoring posts are the only details on these floors. I intend to remove some of the shoring posts at a later time.
  15. The second floor is decorated both on the outside and on the inside. However, on the inside, not as many details have been added due to reduced work activities.
  16. As I mentioned last time, I've placed some clutter in the restaurant area. The layout of the second floor is also visible. This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor. This office floor will have the same layout as the ground floor.
  17. The restaurant has an open ceiling, which gives it an industrial look. Work is being done in various places, including where the kitchen will be installed. In the next update I will add some more clutter, because I think it is a bit too empty.
  18. Yes, the safety regulations sometimes don't make things nice 😉 Luckily for you, I won't be finishing this project in terms of finishing. So the drop ceiling stays that way. The industrial look is indeed very trendy. According to the lore in this folder, the office area will be neatly finished, and the restaurant will have an industrial look, only the walls will have a different color.
  19. In this update I create the layout of the restaurant part. To make room for the fire escape, I had to shorten part of the office space.
  20. The interior of the office section is now decorated with building materials and construction equipment. The suspended ceiling has already been installed and they are now working on installing a partition wall.
  21. Thank you. I think you will also like the upcoming updates.
  22. The exterior is in the finishing phase. The windows and stones were placed in this phase. This also means that work can be done on the inside because rain can no longer enter.
  23. Thank you. This building will not be brutalism. Personally, I don't like that either. I think that is very rare in the Netherlands.
  24. This will be the final layout of the ground floor. Two offices and a reception area are located on this floor. For the restaurant I still have to create space for the toilets, kitchen and bar.
