  1. This is the final step for the construction scaffolding. To get materials and construction workers to the higher floor, I have installed two construction elevators.
  2. The construction scaffolding on the other side of the building has now also been constructed.
  3. Oops, Now I've revealed my secret. 😄 I have used the fireworks in Planet Coaster very little. What would you like to change about that? I think when you forget the name and see the game as a kind of Lego, building becomes easier. And I also find it really fun to build.
  4. I do have to mention that I edit my photos in Photoshop. But aside from that, Planet Zoo is a visually beautiful game, even though it has its drawbacks at times. That's right, Frontier has indeed said that a new Planet series is coming out, or rather, three series over the next three years. My feeling is that it won't be long before we get more information. It would indeed be nice to get a new Planco 2, hopefully with a water park and better water attractions.
  5. Actually I have little to say. But the scaffolding has been put up because the exterior walls of the office will be made of decorative stones, and these will be placed by hand.
  6. Thank you. I think this area looks very beautiful, probably because of the strong contrast between concrete, stone, and vegetation. I enjoy showing everyone the different construction phases and what is involved in them. If there isn't a new Planet series (hopefully Planet Coaster 2) planned for this year, I would definitely recommend Planet Zoo if you want to build things outside of a zoo, because the pieces in Planet Zoo are much better than in Coaster. But I would personally wait for the new serie.
  7. The borders on the side of the bike path have been placed. In these borders, I have installed a number of stairs, a bike ramp, and a wheelchair ramp. The most important and busiest section, where the entrance to the restaurant and office area is located, has been given more stairs from different directions. This also immediately gives an open feeling.
  8. I have now built the terrace for the apartments and offices. At several spots on the terrace, I have placed some seating areas, where people can sit quietly or hold meetings. The grey sections represent the borders of the terrace. These areas are supposed to represent a kind of layer to prevent concrete corrosion, but I still need to find a way to improve this or perhaps remove it altogether.
  9. I've laid out the construction site's layout. The blue walls indicate where concrete borders will be placed. This will become visible during construction. The main entrance to the construction site will be where the solar panels (placeholder) are located. Additionally, I've relocated the spawn point and entrance.
  10. Thank you. The building gives the lake and greenhouse pictures a different feel. I still need to adjust the petting zoo soon because of the new DLC.
  11. This is the final step of the building construction. On the roof and the floor below, a number of walls still need to be erected, so fewer details have been added. At the moment, only work on the walls is ongoing. I think because this floor is not very safe yet due to the missing walls and fencing, only a small group of people is working here.
  12. The highest floor of the building has been reached. Only the roof remains to be finished, and then the building itself will be completed. Some wall modules have not yet been placed; I've done this to enhance the effect that it is still under construction.
  13. This is the final interior I've created for this building. On this floor, they've just started dressing up the space. In some areas, the support beams have already been removed.
  14. Thank you. The park gets a claustrophobic feeling because of the building. This idea was also in my head but not that it turned out so well. In real life, this building would not be appreciated by residents and park visitors.
  15. The exterior of the penthouses is now clad with stones and windows. The penthouses on these floors are getting additional balconies; moreover, the balconies have been made larger than the floors below.
  16. This will be the layout for the penthouses. In total, there will be 6 penthouses spread over 3 floors.
  17. The apartments that were created in the previous updates have now been used for the remainder of the apartment tower. The penthouses still need to be built; for this, three more floors will be added on top.
  18. The layout of the interior of these apartments is slightly different from the previous ones I've made. So the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are in a different location. This update isn't very remarkable, but it's important in the upcoming episodes.
  19. For this floor and the floors above, it has been decided to install (prefab) modules. The windows, frames, and stone strips have already been placed with this modules. The bottom floor is still being constructed on-site; finishing work is beginning here now. I still need to find a way to show that these are modules, but I can think about this soon.
  20. I think the children will also like the paw prints. I just think that in a few years, all of this will be worn out and there won't be any new prints either. The buildings should look believable to me, even if it doesn't technically make sense on paper; I don't mind that.
  21. I have also constructed the layout of the floor above. When this floor is completely finished, I can later copy it for the other floors. I have also worked on some smaller interior details, such as the technical room.
  22. Thank you for appreciating my work. I understand that you find it "jail cell chic." Since this is still a construction site, only the most important details have been installed, such as sinks, toilet, shower, and bathtub. The wooden frame of the bathtub and sink will later be finished with wooden panels, giving the bathroom the warmth it needs. I also don't want to go into too much detail here because I've been having problems opening the map since this week. The game kept crashing, which has now been resolved. But this could still be a problem in the future.
  23. Yes, I know what you mean about a cell-like look. The biggest issue in Planet Zoo is that the lighting inside becomes very dark. Even in my hotel, I have purely white ceilings, but when you look at the photos, they are a yellow color. And the other problem is that the grout between the tiles are too deep. This also looks messy right away.
  24. The interior of the apartment complex is now decorated with the toilet and bathroom. A start has also been made with the kitchen.
  25. Thank you. I don't have much knowledge of Planet Zoo either. I barely have any animals roaming around 😉
