In this update, I have added more details to the overpass. For the safety of the traffic passing underneath, lighting has been installed. Additionally, the viaduct has been given a slightly neglected appearance, with old posters and litter under the tunnel.

The side where the on-ramp and off-ramp are located has been further decorated with additional roadwork equipment. This includes several signs and an extra barrier. Additionally, roadside weeds have grown between the median. https://youtu.be/olcU65FVOpM

In this update, I have installed traffic lights and put up traffic signs. Unfortunately, the traffic lights are not working yet because the lighting cannot be connected to the sequencer. Additionally, the intersection is now equipped with street lighting. https://youtu.be/SQ9m_ozkxNs

I have placed the final signs at the intersection, including a sign for the correct driving direction, a priority road sign, and several directional signs. Additionally, I have put the finishing touches on the road markings. This included adding various arrows and a triangle to warn of the priority road. https://youtu.be/2BbGx58a9_s

I have started placing traffic signs at the intersection, including priority signs, prohibition signs, and some directional signs. The remaining signs will be added in the next update. After spending some time working on the highway and its on- and off-ramps, I am now starting on the intersection. The first step is to apply the road markings. Additionally, the most important part of the intersection has been paved with bricks.

Since most of the area around the on- and off-ramp still needs to be built or adjusted, I am only placing Roadside weeds in the one spot that is already finished is the embankment between the highway and the on- and off-ramp.

In the previous update, I mentioned that the on and off ramps are still under construction. To make this even clearer, traffic guide beacons and traffic cones have been placed. Additionally, streetlights have been installed around the on and off ramps, which also extend partially along the highway itself. The streetlights are slightly shorter than the ones on the highway.

Around the on- and off-ramps, I have installed guardrails at specific locations to ensure safety. Additionally, various traffic signs have been placed for both safety and navigation. Since roadworks are currently underway, the temporary yellow/orange markings are still visible.

Due to Christmas and New Year's, I had little time to work on the project (as I usually work ahead on episodes). As a result, I only managed to add some graffiti to the noise barrier and finalize the design of the highway on- and off-ramps.

In this episode, I add vegetation along the highway and behind the noise barrier. Additionally, I make a monitoring cabinet to measure traffic flows.

Along the highway, I have constructed a noise barrier with strategically placed emergency exits. Additionally, I have installed three traffic signs: one speed limit sign and two signs indicating a no-overtaking zone for trucks.

To enhance the highway's appearance, I have installed two gantries with variable message signs. These gantries are equipped with the signs themselves, directional signage, and cameras.

This is the first update where I focus on details, and also my first attempt at this in Planet Coaster 2. As you can see, I’ve been working on creating different types of guardrails. One of these guardrails includes hectometer marker, which are placed every 100 meters.

I have added the road markings for the highway. On one side, I placed a solid line, making it prohibited to switch from the left to the right lane. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong piece, causing excessive sunlight reflection. In the next update, I will adjust the markings.

In this update, I started building two viaducts, which form an important part of the infrastructure in my project. However, the focus is currently still on completing the highway, as I want to finish that first before moving on to the viaducts. Since the viaducts date back to the 1970s, they have an outdated appearance. These viaducts will be further detailed at a later stage.

I have designed a highway layout with only one side of the on- and off-ramps, as I want to use the highway as a background for the resort and park. The side facing the resort and park will be fully detailed.

Salland's Adventure World will be my new Planet Coaster 2 project. As you can see, I’ve started creating the map. It’s not final and can still be adjusted, but this gives me an idea of the scale. Furthermore, I’ve completed the planning for the parking infrastructure.

This will be the final update of the square. On the side where the entrance to the zoo will be, I have placed water fountains. I also created a water sculpture in front of the zoo entrance. However, I am not satisfied with it, as it sits too high due to the tunnel running underneath the plaza.
