I already have all of the sliders up to the max and the diving board still looks like that. Do you have any solutions for the light flickering?

Hello, I am a Russian player of RCT3. I am currently playing the game in English, and have no mods installed at all. When playing with the time set to day, the game runs completely fine. When I switch the time to night, the game slows down slightly and buildings that I've built have some light flickering for a few seconds. There is a pool that I have with big diving board towers and when they're viewed from a distance, they appear poorly drawn. Is it possible to resolve these issues? It is very important to my game experience.
