It's some kind of flying camera. Not sure what it does cos never been able to activate it before

Basically there should be a setting in Camera Options after idling the game for 15 minutes, called Attract Min, Attract Max and Attract Angle and they are not there. I can't get a url because I have no idea where to look.

I have downloaded the file for Attract Mode and although the videos are working correctly - I can't get the Attract Mode settings up in Game Options even after idling the game for 15 minutes like it says to do in the strategy guide - HELP
