Weber
I'm currently working on objects that blend well with Planco objects. The large columns and the lower walls are mine. I'm using the in game walls as a comparison for both color and texture. I have made about 20 objects so far, yet none are in the workshop since I'm making sure everything meets my standards. I am continuously working on this so expect frequent updates and I should have a few items ready for the workshop very soon. You really helped me out on my journey. Now I'm just trying to get the texture right by adding little dings and dents so the texture isn't so smooth.
Weber
making some progress. I decided to cut up the column into smaller pieces. This also makes it more versatile. And I made some changes to the styling and slight changes to the textures. I also made some scifi panels that have 4 color choices as well as an emissive part and these also blend well with Planco objects. Next I made a brick wall that is weathered and aged compared to the ingame new clean walls. There is also a single brick to add more detail and they are both colorable. Finally I made a bunch of decals that are also colorable. Every piece has a complete PBR texture package using just about every available map type. The column set will be the first to upload to Steam as it's just about ready. I'll post links once it's there so stay tuned! 2
Wabigbear
Wonderful job! Textures are great. Love the new used brick wall and the single brick is a great idea. The decals are really well done, nice and sharp edges and crisp textures. Congrats on a great set!

I just hope this stuff transfers over easily to Planco 2 lol!

Yeah...I'm hoping so too, although I'm thinking it might be down the road before they allow TMTK items in PC2. Sadly.

Sadly. Yeah who knows really. Anyway I thought I'd show my material process. This is just for the walls pictured above and I guess the columns would share similarities.
Weber
Some items are now live in the Steam workshop. Rather than link them here, just search my name and you'll find them. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3326299050 Edited September 7 by Weber
Weber
many new items in my workshop. just haven't posted them all but here's my newest ones. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3337600579 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3337600991 These are large industrial pipes with Flexi color. The one pic shows the size comparison to a full size wall. The elbow section has about 1,600 tri's and lowering it made it look bad. The lowest LOD is about 300 or so. 1
Wabigbear
Once again the attention to the textures is outstanding, which is something you've always done well. Great work!

Great work! Well thanks much Wagi, I really appreciate it! I've been spending most of my extra time learning Blender which is where I'm doing all my texturing, editing, and general prep/cleanup before exporting.
