You play Clone Hero too!? I love Clone Hero! I've always thought about making some custom charts, are they difficult to make?

There is a learning curve but you get it eventually. I been charting for about 2 years now.

What tools do you use? I've always wanted to try and get some of the songs I really like into Clone Hero that no one has charted before but never took the time to actually learn it all. Does it take awhile to chart a song?

I use multiple tools. I use moonscape for the initial charting and then reaper to set it up for Rock Band 3. Then the tools needed to import to RB3 is MAGMA. As far as how long it takes depends on your skill and the length and difficulty of the song. I can actually finish a song in about an hour to hour and a half sometimes.

I actually didn't even know you could create custom songs for Rock Band 3.. I had the first two Rock Bands but for Xbox 360, never on PC. I use Clone Hero now on PC whenever I want my rhythm music gaming fix. These are the same tools used to chart songs for CH?

Basically. But if you only wanna chart for clone hero then moonscraper is really all you need.

I'm assuming you have to place each individual note yourself and have the ability to move it around etc? I should really give it a try sometime, there's so many songs I'm dying to play that just haven't been charted yet.

I actually have a page for commissions. Entirely up to you. Just letting you know I do have a line so far. Plus I work full time so I work on them when I can. Most people I’ve worked with are pretty easy going about that. And I’ve done all genres.

Ahh, that brings me back, you know what would be really cool? If you used your own Planet Coaster ride or park for the backgrounds for your Planet Coaster charts ?

Yes a very big Def Leppard fan lol. A lot of the charts on C3 are charts I did for Def Leppard.
