[PC2] Vekoma MK-1200 Corkscrew with Bayerncurve model recreation

Featured Replies

I recreated the coaster model that not only shows how Alton Towers became the amusement park it is today, but also became a classic until it was closed in 2008, which is a Vekoma MK-1200 Corkscrew with Bayerncurve model.

Alton Towers is one of the famous Vekoma MK-1200 Corkscrew with Bayerncurve model installations that operated for 28 years until it was closed in 2008 to make way for the 2010 attraction, Thir13een.

Vekoma MK-1200 Corkscrew with Bayerncurve is a coaster model designed by American manufacturer Arrow Dynamics (then known as Arrow Development), and manufactured by Dutch manufacturer Vekoma. Introduced in 1979 at Holiday Park in Germany, Super Wirbel is the first Vekoma Corkscrew with Bayerncurve installation, where it operated until 2013. You might see it at other parks like Flamingo Land, Beto Carrero World, Walibi Belgium, and PNE Playland (formerly operated at Boblo Island).
