  1. I agree. It's a bit 'much' for the Entrance maybe but it'll set the tone for the day! One last POV then before we start cooking up some more fun... Kastle Maus
  2. Thanks! Just ran out of time really... Look up Saw: The Ride at Thorpe Park! Thanks! Some of the pipe work is thememakers-toolkit. It's time to buckle up for Stunt School
  3. Thank you for your comments! It's time to face your fears... on Saw: The Final Game
  4. Thank you for your comments! We'd like to release our first POV. Dragon-Coaster
  5. OPENING DAY It's finally here. Starlight Studios is opening its gates to the public for the first time. A fresh, redesigned entrance will great the guests (and staff) Stunt School dominates the entrance plaza. The main thoroughfare gives guests some great sightlines. Kids Kingdom was quiet at the start the day. The queue line for both the Carousel and Kastle Maus gives great views of Donny Dragon. Sadly, Saw: The Final Game did not open with the park. It sat testing all day. The Rack had a solid queue for most of the day though. Guests were able to get their Saw fix in some form... There are still areas of the park closed off by facades and development signs. As a gently reminder, please don't put your hands into the zombie cages... Again, sightlines for days... As the sun set on the first full day of operations we took some closing shots Lastly, a teaser for the newest ride which wasn't quite read to open with the park... We hope you have enjoyed your day with us!
  6. Thank you! It wasn't a choice but I am glad that you like it. Thanks for your comment! So then, welcome to STARLIGHT STUDIOS! We're getting closer to opening day here at the park. The final touches have been added to the entrance. This includes a Staff Entrance to the left which will enter into a backstage space behind Kids Kingdom. Kids Kingdom is the latest addition to the park and it rounds off the current line up of rides. We'll leave you with the Central Lot. The current ride offering at the park is as follows; Entrance Plaza Stunt School - B&M Launched Sit Down Coaster Lights, Camera, ACTION! - Behind the scenes SFX show Studio Megastore Kids Kingdom Dragon-Coaster - Mack Youngstar Coaster Kastle Maus - Zamperla Twister Coaster Carousel Central Lot Saw: The Final Game - Gerstlauer Eurofighter The Rack - Zamperla Backflash ZOMBIES! City Escape - Indoor shooting interactive dark ride The park also is home to two Hotels and plenty of eateries across the park. We'll see you on opening day!
  7. Soft Opening I wanted to open the park to get a flavour of guest movement and already I can see I need to extend quite a few queue lines... Soon I'll be switching this thread over 'story' based updates rather than WIP.
  8. Loving the detail. A painstaking process, I am sure. Really nice update.
  9. As a huge Transport Fever 2 player, I am excited for the CS2' transport mechanisms. I love TPF2 but the ability to control the town layout lacks. CS2 could be epic...
  10. BUT IRON GWAZI! I last went in 2006 or so... yonks ago. Wish I could get back easily. You'll have a great time! I like the Jnr Invert styles. B&M clearly wanting to break into that world and step on Vekoma...
  11. Coming in 2024, Junior B&M coaster! Third in the world! I am a bit surprised Busch is building their second B&M Invert. Shame it's not called Mon-three. Thoughts?

Loving the attention to detail. Really like the way it's coming along!
  13. I wouldn't trust myself with a custom loop! An AIO is yet to fail me and they're so easy to fit.
  14. +1 for music! Guitarist, Bassist and Drummer here!!
  15. Sorry I missed this. Touch wood, never had an issue with three of my water cooled PCs. The AIO solutions are pretty robust. I agree with you though. Risky if it goes wrong!!

I'm still getting a lot out of PlanCo 1. I am yet to have a go with the modded version but I would like the ability for custom trains/rides. Drop tracks and reversing elements are always welcome!
  17. Looks so good. Really like the style of the map.
  18. Gotta draw them in somehow! Here's a little teaser to the first non studio owned IP based attraction coming to the park... I suppose I better start thinking up a name for the park...
  19. Thank you. I cannot take all the credit. I edited this from the workshop to fit my needs https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=839030869&searchtext=toothsome I liked it. Made sense to edit this from the workshop https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=839030869&searchtext=toothsome It's got to be done hasn't it!? I thought I would talk you through the current progress... The resort entrance plaza surrounds the Studio Fountains. Alongside the feature is the Hard Rock Hotel, a staple of any studio resort. The main entrance now has Ticket booths. I am struggling with the design of the main entrance building so that's why it's very empty at the moment. Lights Camera ACTION! is your behind the scenes look at the films and TV shows that the studios has produced. In the sound stage is a dodgems to allow guests to q etc. Zombies! City Escape is the latest addition. It's an indoor shooter attraction. The ride exit has a zombie photo opportunity too. More soon...
  20. Thanks! It is a Behind the Scenes of some of the movies/shows the Studio has produced. In reality, it's dodgems! Thanks for your comment. Bit of both. I may throw in some IPs but it's going to be a mix. Here are some more WIP shots.
  21. Hello all! It's been a while but I have had some time to boot up PlanCo and start yet another studio park...

Thanks both. I really enjoyed building this one. I've only done the WDW Mansion. It's my favourite architecturally though!
