  1. I wanted to chime in here and share a few thoughts on the discussion so far.

ParkCrafters has always been built on the idea of open conversation - a place where anyone can share their thoughts, feedback, or ideas. We try to keep things more relaxed and laid-back than some of the more “official” communities out there (I’m sure many of you remember the Frontier Forums). That said, with open discussion comes the responsibility to keep things constructive. Everyone’s opinions are valid, and criticism is always welcome - but it needs to be shared in a respectful and mature way. I can only echo what others have said on here - repeated negativity or hostility doesn’t help get a point across and takes away from the collaborative, creative environment we’ve worked hard to foster here.

At the end of the day, our goal is for ParkCrafters to be a space where people feel comfortable sharing their passion, creativity, and projects, while also being able to disagree and debate in a respectful manner. As long as we keep this mindset, this community will continue to be a welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone.

Ok Im out then since I dont contribute with anything then after 1500h and 70 blueprints where one of them is the one most used. I say the truth and now even here there are fanboys now taking over because of a DLC that is extremly broken like all updates have been.

Mods you can delete my account. Im so finnished with this.

I'm sorry to see you want to leave this game and community, but if you feel the need to step away, please know the door is always open for you to come back. However, if you do decide to come back, please keep what has been said here in mind and be a bit more respectful towards others. If you'd like to remove your account, you are free to do so by going to Account Settings > Security and Privacy > Request Account Deletion.

    Hi all,

For years, I have used the RCT3 Utilities Extension for Sketchup created by Belgabor, but in the past couple of years it hasn't been usable. As such, I updated it to work fully with SketchUp 2025 and is installable through the extension warehouse for ease of access. I take NO credit for the original code. I merely updated the code to comply with current SketchUp Extension requirements. Just search "RCT3 Utilities". Hopefully this helps someone out there.

(Mods, if this type of topic is either not allowed or in the wrong place, please let me know. I apologize in advance if it is)

That sounds awesome! Thanks so much for taking the time to bring some of the older RCT3 tools to a more modern age. We have an older version of Sketchup uploaded on here so it works with the older plugins but it's very nice to know that now these tools can work with the more modern versions of Sketchup. Is it possible to upload those up to date plugins on here to let users know that they are also an option?

Looking nice. Although I have a small criticism in that many of the Main Street structures look more like apartment buildings and not what you'd expect to see in a small town main street.

Great project though. I look forward to seeing more.

I can see what Shy is saying; some of the buildings may need to be reworked to look more like 'storefronts' rather than multiple-room apartment-style buildings. Maybe choose like 2 - 4 facades and rework the smaller details on the front to look more like stores and shops? For sure, keep the overall building structure and depth; it's working very well in your favor.

  4. Yep, saw this coming.. with the closing of the forums over there and with JW3 coming out, they've entirely shifted focus to JW3 and will release smaller quality of life updates less frequently for PlanCo2. Why give your audience a monthly platform or forum to hear complaints? So they shifted everything to their Discord and YouTube, where it's harder to read those comments and easier to release smaller, more long-awaited updates.

  5. I legitimately thought that first overland photo in the first post was an actual real photo you were using as reference, I had to look twice and realize it was PlanCo 2 😅

This is absolutely gorgeous, I can definitely see the inspiration here from Universal and Disney, I think the Gondlheim area is my favorite - love what you did with the stonework! This is a phenomenal project, thanks so much for sharing!

  6. A strong show, I have to agree with Cody - this is probably one of your best shows to date! I think the star of the show for this was easily your aerial choreography. I normally struggle to try and fill the sky with effects during the entirety of a show, but it seems to come very naturally to you. I do feel the ground choreography was a bit ignored and would have loved to see the same attention to the ground that you did to the sky - a few parts felt empty, but given how fast you pumped out this 9+ minute show, it is very impressive. However, the main focus was the lighting, after all, it is called Last Light, and it was very solid. You had some cool moments with lasers (I liked the alternating flashing lasers on the centerpiece during a heavy percussion part). I would have personally liked to see a bit more diversity and movement with the lasers, but overall, it was solid. The set itself is pretty good as well!

Overall, a well-executed show, and I think it's your best to date! I think a bit more time in the oven would have helped, but that could just be me being a perfectionist 😅 I really do hope you continue going down this path of "pyro movies"; they are very cool to see, and I very much miss these types of shows from the vPyro days. Congrats on another completed project!

    Hi everyone,

I got back from a 2 week holiday yesterday and to my surprise Frontier closed their PC2 forum in the meantime!

I really hope this is not the first sign of support and development for PC2 getting worse.

Anyway, glad to join here and to follow things over here!

    Welcome to ParkCrafters!

This is the first I'm hearing this. Only thing I heard for the expansions was LOTR and/or Zelda.

Yea, apparently a lot of the assets and construction walls that they are putting into the new area is all very green and the Wicked director is apparently attending some Epic Universe conference or party or something... just a rumor for now though, so take with a grain of salt!

  9. So there are rumblings and rumors that Epic Universe is having an expansion in Florida, and that expansion will be a Wizard of Oz area... I immediately thought of this project. Gonna need you two to contact Universal and just send them this park because this needs to become a reality, kthx.

  10. Seriously Wowman, I have to applaud you for continuing work on these even after Planet Coaster 2 came out. These projects have grown so much, and you never seem to stop working on them, it's seriously inspiring to see! Love all these screenshots and this park is truly a ParkCrafters classic project at this point!

  11. That interior show building!!! 🤩

LOVE what you did with the interior of this coaster, this all looks amazing and that launch section looks like a real photo! Great work on this and welcome to ParkCrafters! Excited to see more creations from you!

So who didn't see this coming?

    Hopefully Scooter can fix this.

    or not...

I think you need to rename this to Water World now 🤣

It all looks stunning and so detailed, can't believe those interiors.. I open up and mess around in PlanCo 2, and I'm looking at these and thinking maybe I got a different version of the game because I have no idea what pieces you used or how you did any of this!
