It's pretty crazy just how much parks get updated throughout the years. Six Flags Magic Mountain, with its roller coaster additions, is a bit overkill in my opinion, and as a record-breaking "Most Coasters in One Park", it could have very well been a big reason why they aren't doing too well these days. Coasters can cost millions of dollars to construct and maintain. Disney spends $100M+ on theirs, mostly due to theming. SFMM is pretty empty a lot of the time. Back in the 80s and 90s, that was the golden hotspot for thrill seekers in SoCal. It's a shame Colossus was burned down, though, but that was from the heat of the desert out there, I believe? I still have never been on an RMC coaster, but I might some day, lol. (I know most of that is not Disney related, lol)
